„Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments. A lovely experience and we hope to return at some point. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!“

„Once again I was placed into a state of memories starting from childhood when I used to swim in Lake Sunshine(now lake Contoocook! The scenery is mesmerizing and I love staring at the trees and lake which takes me back to days of freedom and wonderment. The sunrises are spectacular and make me begin a new day with energy and hope for this unsettled world.“

„We were in town for the New Balance Indoor Track Nationals. Our two athletes were able to relax and eat well which gave them a great start for competition. Susan was an amazing host. She provide help when needed, recommendations for pizza and driving directions. The only thing that would be helpful was to know that the king bedroom can only be accessed through another bedroom which was tricky for us staying with non family members.Other than that everything else wes just right.“

„We had eight of us total staying at this house and there was plenty of room for everybody to sleep comfortably and to lounge around the house. There is great outdoor space ample parking and the location was excellent to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We had a great time and if we were coming back to the area, we definitely stay here again.“

„This home is absolutely 5 stars. The lovely and wonderful host responds to inquiries immediately. Home is tastefully designed and spotless with plenty of linen and towels. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, eating & cooking utensils, wine & can opener, and choices of brewing coffee. There is a washer & dryer, iron and ironing board. „Let's start with the good. Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. "Good hotel, workplaces downstairs, but uses disposable cutlery and dishes - at least not plastic. Room was cold, but an additional heater was provided, but it caused some problems with the fuse. All in all I would recommend this hotel for a stay. Modern design and coffee is provided downstairs."
