„Amazing property and clear communication and check out/check in process“

„We were three couples (us & our adult children) in town for family wedding. Close walk into Nevada City. House has both nice outdoor and indoor space so you are not all on top of each other. Living room area with porch was great space for a gathering of our two families before going out to dinner. Lots of family fun games and well stocked kitchen supplies. Appreciated the iron! Nancy wedding. “

„Everyone loved this location. The property is fantastic for families and large groups. The water situation is a huge bummer. We used bottled water for everything, including brushing our teeth. The owners are communicative and friendly. The dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and maintained by people renting like us, and they were all filthy. Just be prepared to bring multiple jugs of water and I recommend disposable plates, utensils etc. Its a shame bc the place is basically otherwise ...

„This property/cabin was perfect for our short visit.1 block off old town, easy walking distance. Visited Washington(town) off 49 to the north and back down to Grass Valley. Nevada City still has an old town feel to the old town area. A little disappointed in Grass valley, it's lost that. Sure the buildings are old but the closure and modernization of old town just lost a lot of appeal for me.“

„I am retired and have a bad knee. But my aches and pains were less while out by the pond. I love the quiet and nature showing itself everywhere. Great site for star watching too. We saw one shooting star the first night. Good glamping. Even my old dog, Emma, loved walking around and around the camper on the leash. “

„Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't ...

„This house was perfect for our family - the layout is spacious and accommodated all of us so well. There's a big table for meals and playing games. Beds were so comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the location is lovely! So peaceful and we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Definitely on our return list!“

„The pictures almost don’t do it justice! A very cool construction with three domes (each absorbs its own sound) with a very spacious, open kitchen-living room area perfect for gatherings. We were there to celebrate Friendsgiving ( college friends celebrating 16+ years of this get together and 20 years of friendship). Now there are a lot of kids in the mix. We stayed in November. „Everything was exactly as I hoped. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a nice wash station attached to the restrooms unfortunately it ran out of water after the first use. Since I wasn't expecting it I really can't complain. Overall perfect stay!“

„Being a Nevada County who rented this house with some friends for our annual getaway, this was perfect. Lots of rooms, great hangout spaces and even some disc golf accessories. Solid location, close to downtown GV and NC. “

„We had to find a new VRBO the day of our check in and found this property. The property manager was quick to respond amd very helpful. He was flexible with helping us get booked the day of. We had some issues with getting the spa heater to turn on and he was just as responsive to those messages as well. He ultimately sent the pool person out to fix the problem.Overall, it was a great stay. And if you have issues with the AC, make sure you turn it on and press SET when you lower the temp or it ...
