„This guy is such a great host! When i had an issue he was there to address it and fix it right away! Kind of small! But perfect for when you are workimg out of town, this man was so quick to help me out when i had a personal issue too! Never encountered a host so willing to drop what they are doing to help a random person out! I recommend this property !“

„I feel this rental is a good value for the price per night. It's clean and everything inside was good except the towel rack in the bathroom needs some work. The rental is located near all the stores and services anyone would need. The outside seating could definitely use an upgrade. The rocking chair on the patio was broken and luckily my husband noticed before we sat in it. We will keep this rental on the list for future visits to Yuma.“

„This quaint place had everything needed for my staff and I for a busy week in Yuma. The beds are AMAZING and the Pillows!!!! I never seen so many on a bed. So comfy. Area is off the grid and quiet. Even the pool was relaxing and refreshing. Thank you for letting us stay in your little gem in Yuma!!!“

„Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, was aber nicht so sehr ins Gewicht fällt. Privater Pool super, da man schwimmen kann wann man will. Der Vermieter ist Super Nett und reagiert umgehend bei Fragen. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ich werde bestimmt wieder buchen!!!“

„My cousins and I can’t say enough great things about this house and the property. It’s perfect in every way and made our stay in Yuma visiting family very enjoyable. We appreciated the location and layout of the house, the pool with lovely backyard furniture, the comfortable beds and all the attention to details that were included.
