„Many times to Mexico, first time to Ixtapa. The area itself is beautiful with lots to see and do over our 2 week stay. The Bay View Grand Marina is perfectly situated and extremely well-maintained. Our unit was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our getaway. The owner and his Property Manager team were super professional and quick to respond with answers to questions or handle any minor issues. We felt cared about and looked after. We are already loking forward to returning!“

„We’re a family, and this home in Mexico was everything we could have hoped for—and more. It was so beautiful and peaceful, it was honestly hard to leave to go to the beach or do the touristy things we came for!Each bedroom was its own private suite, which gave everyone space to relax. The outdoor areas were incredible—perfect for lounging, eating, and enjoying the warm breeze just steps from the beach, restaurants, and the boardwalk.The entire property was spotless and felt like having a private ...

„We've stayed in LaRopa before at this building, and a different condo this time. Location is excellent. The hill coming home can be a challenge to walk up but cabs were so cheap. The unit is small but perfect size for 2 people. Well-stocked kitchen and a nice view of the water.Ample linens and comfortable bed. A/C worked great. Pool floaties were provided. We spent lots of time at the infinity pool which has a spectacular view. Friendly staff.“

„Great little casita, on the mountain above Las Ropas playa. Everything was as advertised, but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the house is. The only “ heads up” I can offer: there are 60 steps up, quite steep and a bit rugged. After a week our legs were used to it, but it’s not for everyone!The casita is a bit isolated, which means quiet-great view-private. About 1km to the Las Ropas beach turnoff. About 2km to the nearest OXXO store. Or a 5 taxi ride to El Centro where you can buy ...

„Great views, safe, few guests, pool, impeccable grounds, new restaurant top of property, OXXO close by, several great restaurants including Jungle Pizza and Trattoria Gianni. La Ropa beach, Thompson resort steps away. Taxis cheap and plentiful. A couple suggestions: a welcome list w wifi info, atm locations, coffee and soda to get you started. Tips: carry small bills for tips, tote bag for groceries etc. Top units best to mitigate street noise. Loved our stay!!“

"Unfreundlicher und umständlicher Check-in. Extrem laute Animation beim Pool und in der Lobby. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Qualität der Speisen und Auswahl des Buffets eher mittelmässig. Personal im Restaurant war freundlich. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier aber sicher fehl am Platz"
