„I now know why it’s named The Beach 5 Villas. It’s just steps away from Number 5 beach access. It was so easy for us to take a quick walk to the huge, clean, quiet beach. The studio is snug but felt brand new and I’ve never rented a cleaner place! Any question I had was quickly given a reply. Such an easy and enjoyable stay. “

„This was a wonderful place to stay for my mom's first trip to Florida. The cabin was so cute and comfortable for my mom, sister, and I, and only a short, easy walk to the beach for the morning sunrise (and my mom is 85). While I don't generally recommend leaving something you value behind when you check out, the staff at Sea Cottages were so kind and professional in the handling and returning of my forgotten object. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.“

„My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was located in a quiet area of the beach, yet was conveniently located to a grocery store and several restaurants.The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. My wife, a self-described "clean freak," said this was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. “

„This condo has a perfect location. We love being near the greenway for walks and five minute walk to the beach. A quick drive for groceries. Also easy to drive to the historic district where it’s fun to shop or eat or watch the sunset from the marina. Condo has comfortable furniture. Pool very large and beautiful but not heated (February). Steps to second floor condo might challenge older guests. Lovely grounds back from street noise. Pickle ball/tennis. Good parking. “

„Really appreciated the good follow through when the elevator went down on Saturday. The representative got a repair man to the building in a timely manner and communicated with us what was happening during the day. The bathroom had excellent positions of bars for safety in getting in and out. Would recommend relooking at the bed and mattress padding as needs to be updated. The entry lock would often not work after several tries as could be frustrating. Thank you for our stay.“
