Enjoy beautiful Lake St. John in this cute 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath bungalow. King bed in each bedroom. Bathrooms with walk-showers(no tub). Living room with satellite tv, kitchen with all appliances, including Keurig. WiFi is slow.. Enjoy the lake view from the back porch or the covered pier. Parking for your vehicle and boat trailer on site. You can fish off pier. There is an incline from pier to property.

Perfect getaway
The house was great, plenty of room, clean, and just what we needed for the week “away”. We enjoyed swimming off the pier and fishing. Also, being able to tie the boat up out of the way of water traffic. The patio out back was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. We even added an extra night on to our stay once we were there. This was a perfect getaway. We are local so definitely will be back soon!!

Junkin and Fishing on the River
The property was everything we expected and more. From the view of the lake to the fresh yard eggs left for us by the owner we really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to come back.

Ten Year Anniversary
My wife and I celebrated our ten year anniversary on June 1st , We chose this place because we wanted to stay in our home state . What a great choice !!! Beautiful, Peaceful and very clean and the price was amazing!!! It is so quiet and peaceful! The view of the lake from the end of the pier is breathtaking ! The amenities were on point ! The marina is just down the road . We will definitely stay again , Thank y’all so much for sharing this place !

PERFECT ST. JOHN SPOT!
Had a wonderful time at this property. Owners allowed us to book on short notice and we exceptional to work with. House is new and had all the amenities we could ask for. Beds are great and pier is fantastic. If you want a getaway, book this house. Even if more people then bedrooms, plenty of space for air mattress. Book this house you won’t regret it!

We so enjoyed this property! The location is great. The dock and yard view are wonderful. There were some complementary snacks for us when we arrived. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living areas. We had a fire in the fire pit and it was wonderful! My only complaint would be all the spider webs By the TV, behind the sink, and in the corners of the rooms inside. Nothing a quick vacuum couldn’t fix so overall it was wonderful and we would love to stay again!

Overall great stay. The small touches made the stay extra special (snacks, firewood, charcoal for grilling, etc.) The bugs were awful and made it difficult to enjoy outdoors at times. Suggested areas for improvement additional kitchen utencils, additional railing on pier. Yard is a bit steep.

Beautiful time of year to be in area, Balloon Festival in Natchez and Lake St John for sunrises
Property was perfect for 2 couples, everything needed for our 3 day visit to the area, the layout of property provided privacy for couples and beautiful common are to enjoy lake ... we go to the area often and this will be our primary go to for accomodations..

Relaxing Spot!
You can’t beat the location and peacefulness of this house. I think my husband and I spent more time outside than inside because of the lake. It was within walking distance of a wedding we had to attend which made this the perfect spot!

The place was as advertised. The house is very nice, very clean and plenty of space. Nice covered back patio with a great lake view and well kept yard. Lighted pier with power outlets and running water. It was perfect for us and we will be back.

The photos do not do the place justice!
This home is lovely and larger than the photos made it look. It was very clean and spacious. The host even had a small welcome basket with treats and things you may have forgotten. Such a nice touch! The kitchen could use a few more cooking tools, but I brought some things from home just in case since I enjoy cooking. The beds were comfortable and the covered patio out back was also very nice. It was a beautiful weekend! The fish weren’t biting but it was still a superb weekend and property. I use a wheelchair and sometimes a Walker. The property was very flat and that was helpful! The property manager warned me ahead that there was a steep drop off to get to the dock. You can’t see it well in the photos, but it was nice that she warned me. I decided to book anyway and take a chance. My determined friend got me down and back up! It would have made a funny video I am sure, but we did it! I wouldn’t recommend that part to someone that is not mobile, unless you have several people to help. Like I said, the manager DID warn me, so I knew it wouldn’t be easy getting to the pier. The house was flat as well as the patio! I will definitely book again! Lovely place, precious decor, easy to find, quiet, just cozy!

Relaxation at its best!
Beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere & most relaxing place we’ve ever stayed. The home is very spacious and easy access by boat to the pier. Our ONLY complaint is that we didn’t have enough vacation time left at our work to stay longer. Highly recommend this rental, we will definitely book again.
