There were some concerning areas with hair left in the shower, a brown sludge/ residue in the hot tub, and overall dirt/ dust build up in the caboose. We definitely will be back!“

The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and reading - even though it was pretty chilly. Nuthin’ a parka couldn’t handle. „Listen y'all, this spot is really great. If you are on the fence about booking, go for it!. Rick was great to work with and responded to questions quickly. The barn/cabin is super cozy, clean, and has what you need for making meals, getting good sleep, and keeping entertained (as if the Amish buggies going by wasn't enough entertainment). We were close to town, but remote enough to feel the peace. We fished for trout almost every day - you'd need a lifetime or two to hit all the streams nearby. ...

„If you're looking for a place just to sleep and be one with nature this is it! Kinda like glamping. There was mice poop everywhere, it's that time of year, didn't scare us. But their was no forks, towels, napkins, they only provided 1 trash bag we went through in a hurry and had to use grocery bags for garbage. Ran to gas station for forks and paper towels. The oven dorsnt wirk, so took 4 hours tobake a 20min bitter braid. Other than thst a good place to rough it and relax“

Our favorite part was sitting on deck chairs in front of the cabin and listening to the birds singing and the clip-clopping of the horse-drawn Amish buggies passing by. We also enjoyed going to some of the Amish stores and businesses, and hiking around the lake at Sidie Hollow County Park.“
