Entrance floor: Open plan living room/kitchen/dining room with balcony leading to garden and beach. The living room has a sofa, smart tv, comfy chair, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs. The modern fully fitted kitchen includes cooker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. On this floor you have the master bedroom which is a double with it own balcony. Also on this floor is a wc/shower room.
Lower ground floor: In the hall you have your 2nd wc/shower room. To your right you have your 2nd double bedroom. To your left you have the 3rd double bedroom with en-suite wc/shower room (apartment 3rd bathroom) and patio door access to the gardens. Linen and towels included.

Sunset apartments are situated right on the beachfront in Calis Beach, on the new promenade. The holiday resort has a private pool area (open mid April to the end of October) with sun beds and palm trees. Calis enjoys refreshing afternoon breezes and beautiful red sunsets every day. Every morning you can take a swim in the sea. The apartments offer high quality in modern design and with a magnificent panoramic view over the beautiful bay of Fethiye and Aegean islands. Located on the seafront promenade in the centre of Calis, a charming sea side town with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Fethiye town is excellent for shopping and nightlife and is only 10 mins by taxi or 30 mins by scenic boat ride away. There are a lot of recreational, cultural and historical sites to be reached within maximum of 30 minutes.

Travel: The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the Northwest with 45 mins transfer time to the resort. Transfers cost from £90 return for 1-3 people and from £100 return for 4+ people. Transfer fees are payable in sterling to our representative at the resort but full instructions will be provided when you are booking.
