Welcome to our brand new cottage at La Casa Resort in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. After staying at La Casa on several occasions over the past few years, we recently purchased this gorgeous, mountain and resort view home between Kelowna and Vernon, British Columbia-which we like to call a little piece of PARADISE! A place to let loose and unwind from the regular day to day grind.

Golf cart is available to rent for $110.00 per day + GST.

As you enter the cottage and head up the stairs, you are welcomed into a very inviting and open main living area complete with comfortable living & dining rooms and a high end kitchen. Everywhere you look, there are cozy furnishings and beachy décor that will make you feel instantly at home. The living room features snug seating with a TV/sound bar, a fire stick to stream your favorite apps, movies, TV shows and games as well as a gas fireplace for those cooler evenings to set up a nice ambiance. The cottage does provide high speed TELUS internet as well.

Dining has been set up with a large table for six with additional seating outside on the covered deck if sitting in the kitchen is not for you. Speaking of the kitchen, nothing has been left out as it is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home: glassware, dishes, cutlery, utensils, bake and cookware just like in your own kitchen. We have included all the small appliances you would expect including a traditional coffee maker, a blender and most important-a wine fridge for all your wine.

Off of the dining room is an expansive deck that has stunning views of the resort and mountains. With seating for six, meals can be prepared out here using the propane BBQ. No need for those annoying umbrellas, as the deck is covered to allow for shade from the hot sun. After dinner, you can unwind under the stars in our relaxing seating area, down on the lower level.

The main floor offers two identical bedrooms-one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed, both with large closets w/hangers. Kids young or old will enjoy the separate and private space downstairs that includes 2 twin beds, a pull out double sofa bed, a TV and its own bathroom with a 5 foot soaker tub. Here you will also find the front load stacker washer/dryer.

One thing you won't want to miss out on is our new Resort Golf Cart! This four passenger electric cart will allow your family to travel down to the beach or to the upper pool and hiking trails in comfort. Rental of the cart is offered either by the day or the week and will be welcome by those with small children or those who want to skip exercising on their holiday. La Casa Resort is quite hilly so these carts are very popular for owners to have, but not common to be offered with rentals. Rental of golf cart will depend on availability as it is shared amongst 3 cottages and will be on a first come, first served basis. ** Resort cart is available to rent for $110.00 per day + GST.

La Casa resort offers everything that you could want for a vacation destination! Down by the water there is a large marina with rental slips available to rent from the main office. Bring the boat! Beaches are accessible for not only the two-legged vacationers, but as we allow dogs to join you on your holiday, there's a beach for them as well! Everyone will have a blast in the water swimming out to the three water trampolines and relaxing in the lounge chairs by the beach. Kayaks and paddle boards are even available to rent!

Only a few minutes walk from our cottage is the main resort area. Here you will find the new La Casa Market that pretty much has everything and anything you may need or have forgotten to bring. The Market sells wine and spirits for the adults in the group and plenty of options for the kids as well. The Bravo Ragazzi Italian Eatery makes delicious fire oven pizza, burger options, tacos, wings and more. Everyone will enjoy the beautiful heated pool and two hot tubs with change rooms for your convenience. There is a challenging mini-golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, children's play area and large group barbecue area for everyone to enjoy. Racquets, clubs and an assortment of balls are provided in our cottage.

On the resorts upper level is a quieter pool area that has change rooms, a hot tub, and incredible views of Lake Okanagan. At this level there is access to Bear Creek with over 125kms of OHV and hiking trails, so bring the quads and the mountain bikes!!

While you are out at our cottage at La Casa Resort, you are only 30 minutes away from some of Canada's best wineries. Wine tours are available year round at boutique wineries like Kalala Organic Winery, or larger Estate wineries like Summerhill and Gray Monk. Take some time to tour and sample from the many amazing award winning wineries that are only a short drive away.

Located nearby, scratch Golfers can be challenged by world-class courses like Gallagher's Canyon and Predator Ridge while families can have an exciting night-time round at Orchard Greens. Beginners or professionals, it's easy to find a course to suit your needs, only a short drive from your La Casa Resort home base!
