Okanagan Lake Cottage in Upper Fintry

If you are looking for a family vacation, a romantic getaway or just some peace and quiet, a stay at our property is perfect place for you. Backing onto limitless crown land, it offers breathtaking and unobstructed views of surrounding forests and Terrace Mountain. The property is situated in Upper Fintry, 40 minutes drive from either Kelowna or Vernon.

This walkout bungalow has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. It comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people. At the main floor, you will find a bedroom, a bathroom, a full kitchen c/w dining room and a living room. Living room opens to a large deck with a sitting area and a gas BBQ. Lower floor has 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room with convertible queen bed. Family room opens to a patio with an additional outdoor sitting area. The property has all comforts of home including 2 smart TVs with wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

The well-stocked kitchen has all the cooking pots, pans, and utensils that you’ll need for cooking and dinning. The appliances included are a stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave.

Fintry Provincial Park located 5 minutes drive offers things such as waterfalls, hiking trails, public beaches, and a boat launch as well as several ATV trails throughout the local areas.

Family reunion
This is a beautiful property with a lovely view from the deck. The house itself contained everything that we needed. Because we were busy every day visiting our family in the area, we didn't get to spend a lot of time at the house but it worked for us and was very reasonably priced. We found the road from Kelowna to Fintry quite a challenging drive but the views along the way are gorgeous. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Artist's Retreat
We were 4 artists in the annual Fintry Fusion Art Show and Sale at the Fintry Manor in the Provincial Park. This beautiful home was perfect for us, just 5 min away and had a private comfy bed for each of us. We are all seniors so important!! We wanted for nothing, well stocked, new and fresh, everyone raved about the accommodations. AC was wonderful!! We would like to come back next year!!

Great Views
It was a perfect location for our daily excursions to Kelowna (Wineries, Craft Breweries, boat tours, and lots of great hiking). The view was amazing day and night with regular deer encounters. Emerging area
An emerging vacation area. lots of potential for growth in the area if you like that. Right now it’s pretty quiet and serene. Just what I was looking for. The home is a in like new condition and had all the living items we needed. Owners were responsive and friendly. It’s a few minutes drive from the Fintry park boat launch. Not beach front but it was still very convenient location. Beach goers are family oriented. No raves (thumbs up). I would not hesitate to recommend the property.
