„I wanted to see Kent State so I crashed here in this hotel. I've read other reviews and I can confirm that this place seems to be serving as living quarters for construction workers. But it was alright, the room was clean and the other guests didn't bother me at all. If you're staying in Kent for one night, this is a convenient place to stay.“

„The convenient location of the hotel can't be beat. I enjoy the coffee/tea bar that is available in the lobby. The hotel is definitely nicer than a lot of places. However, the room in which we stayed is starting to show some wear and tear. The toilet area of the bathroom is also very dark but it has been that way since the hotel opened. I have enjoyed staying here multiple times and I would definitely stay here again.“

„Die Unterkunft muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Fahrstuhlboden schaut sehr abgenutzt aus. Die Bettgestellverkleidung im unteren Bereich war dreckig und die Duscharmaturen auch äusserlich von Kalk überzogen. Der Ventilator sass komplett mit Staub zu und ging auch gar nicht.“

„Hier wurde definitiv die letzten Jahre nichts mehr investiert. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, aber die Wände und Möbel waren schon sehr abgenutzt und müssten eigentlich erneuert werden. Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen komischen Geruch gehabt. Für eine Nacht war es okay!“

„The hotel was quite noisy for my taste but that may have been because there was a bus load of teens staying there. The lobby and some of the rooms in one wing was under renovation. The room I was in was renovated and it was very nice. “

„Just about perfect. Well maintained, clean, great staff and a great breakfast team! What was missing? No USB ports in the rooms to charge devices (though you can use the USB ports on the TV). Will definitely stay again.“

„We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good!
