Welcome to Bearadise! This big spacious home has 3 great gathering places. The kitchen is a great place to cook for large groups. There is a commercial sized fridge, 3 ovens, 5 gas burner range with all the amenities of home. Gather your family to eat in the breakfast nook, dining area, or on large tables out on the deck with a beautiful view. Game Rooms: Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball, 85", 70" & 65" TVs. 8 bedrooms: Luxury bedding. Also, 3 king sized beds and a Super Hero grandkid room.
This beautiful home was built in 2020. It has a spectacular view of the Lake with lots of windows and beautiful lighting. This Cabin is located in the gated community called "The Reserve."
In the Reserve there are basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. There is a small children's playground located close to the entrance. Inside the Clubhouse is a workout gym, a wet bar, foosball table, bathroom & showers. There is a large kitchen and gathering area upstairs that can be rented for a fee. Outside there is a huge BBQ, tables and lounge chairs, hot tub, two swimming pools, a slide and a splash pad. There is lots of parking at the Clubhouse. It is a 2 minute drive from Bearadise Cabin.
BEACH ACCESS: The drive is approximately 15 minutes either direction to the North Beach or Garden City Marina and is only a quarter of a mile away from the private beach entrance for the gated community. This doesn't have a sandy beach when the water is high, but usually by August the water is low enough for a nice beach access. It has two covered wooden pavilions and a volleyball net.
This amazing house has three levels.
MAIN FLOOR: Master bedroom has an incredible view with a king sized bed. The master bathroom has a spa bathtub, 2 shower heads with seat, separate toilet area and his and her sinks. There is a Laundry room for your use with lots of hooks to hang wet summer or winter clothing. The half bathroom is located right off the kitchen. The spacious vaulted ceiling living room has a gas fireplace, 65" smart TV, DVD player with an assortment of movies, chess board table, and an electric piano.
KITCHEN - Main Floor: The kitchen has a commercial sized fridge with ice maker. It has lots of cupboard space for food. The sink, dishwasher, and 2 garbage can pull out drawer are located on the big island. There is plenty of eating space with a breakfast nook, bar stools, and large dining table. (There are some folding chairs and folding table you can add to the end of the dining room table to make it extra long).
KITCHEN AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully equipped to include 2 crockpots, rice cooker, air fryer, coffee maker, teapot, George Foreman grill, 2 electric griddles, 4 piece toaster, blender, 2 waffle makers, large pots and pans, big serving trays, large serving bowls, spice rack, cookie sheets, cake pans, hand mixer, strainer, cutting boards, variety of kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, and steak knives. There is enough plates, bowls, cups and silverware to feed 40 people.
DECK - Main Floor: The deck has a large BBQ grill, 2 outdoor standing heater lamps, 2 tables that seat 16 people and a spiral staircase that take you to the basement patio.
UPSTAIRS: The loft area has a foosball, air hockey, and pool table, a futon couch, and two roll away beds. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 parts. The shower and toilet are in one area and the sink and counter are in the other area. The Blue Room has a queen and two twin beds. The Sun Flower Room has a king sized bunkbed with a twin bed on top and a twin pull out trundle bed. The Super Hero Room is designed for kids at heart of all ages. It has 1 bunkbed and 3 triple bunkbeds that will sleep 11 Super Heroes.
DOWNSTAIRS: There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 futon couches, and 2 rollaway beds. The Gold Bedroom has a queen bed. The Silver Bedroom has a queen bed. The Red Bedroom has a king bed and the Rust Bedroom has a queen bunkbed with a twin on top. The Family room has a large couch and a big bean bag. There is plenty of room to watch movies on the 85" Smart TV with DVD player. Behind the couch, there is a great open space to gather the family together and to play games on 2 card game tables provided.

2 port-a-cribs -- Downstairs - in Copper room & Upstairs - Sunflower room (each sleeps 1 baby)
PATIO: The downstairs is a walk out basement onto a patio with a gas fire-pit, patio furniture and a view to die for.
SUPPLIES: Hand sanitizer provided. Sheets, blankets, pillows are provided for all the beds, futon couches, roll-aways, and couches. Bathroom, make-up wash clothes, and dish towels are included. There are complimentary beach towels that you may use if you forget yours, but you will need to wash, dry and fold them before you leave. There are paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, spray cleaner, garbage bags and toilet paper provided. There are electronic charging stations in all rooms of the house.
GARAGE: there is no access to the garage.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house except the garage and a few locked closets and cupboards. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and behind the home. There is a FOB that give you access to the clubhouse, pool, courts, and beach that will be hanging in the home.
*SLC Airport is the closest major airport.*
*The roads are plowed, however we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle during fall, winter and spring weather.
