Cabin is 1 mile off I-26 along side S Indian Creek, which is stocked with trout.

We survived hurricane Helena. We only had water in the yard. Cabin is high enough that it kept the water out. We are open for business and I-26 is also open.
We have lowered our rated until March 1, 2025. Lovely cabin on South Indian Creek, 30ft by 30ft Pavilion in front of the cabin where you can spend hours by the fire pit, playing or fishing in the creek. Close to Asheville, Bristol and Johnson City. Biking, Hiking, Swimming, Zip Lines very close by. This winter at Hailey's Point Ski Resort they are opening its new tubing lane along with skiing ang and snow boarding. As you can see by our ratings we are a premium host. For your safety there are security cameras in public places on the property. This is a non-smoking cabin.

Total Serenity!
All I can say is OMG!!!! I rented this for my sister and her husband's birthdays and anniversary taking them to the Nascar Bristol Night race. I could have rented a place closer to the racetrack, but I am so glad I decided on this cabin. This place is absolutely awesome. The cabin is stocked with 99% of everything needed (kitchen utensils, blender, air fryer etc., and even most spices needed for cooking). I have rented a handful through VRBO and this one tops the charts! You won't spend much time in the cabin once you sit outside in the pavilion and enjoy the sounds of the creek and watch the geese and ducks swim up and down the creek. There are state parks and hiking trails very close, not that we did any hiking, just mentioning it for those who do. You will not be disappointed at all if you rent this Cabin!

WOW - JUST AMAZING
Not only is the location along a river near no busy roads unique, but the host has also stocked the kitchen, laundry room and each bedroom with the highest quality gear, no expenses spared! The property outside is huge and my dogs could run free and swim! The neighbor's cute goats might visit and surprise your dogs, LOL! I'll be back next summer for 2-3 weeks! The best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

This was a lovely stay; I can't say enough about the cleanliness and attention to every detail. Kathy was very warm and welcoming and the entire cabin and patio are FANTASTIC. The quant little farm/homestead across the creek provided hours of enjoyment watching the momma and baby ducks coming down to the water each day.

Beautiful Cabin
We loved the cabin! It was spotless and tastefully decorated. From the fluffy, white bath towels to the well-stocked kitchen cabinets and gorgeous patio, Kathy thought of everything! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the easy access to nearby towns. We enjoyed the Apple Festival in Erwin and the Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough. What a treat! We'll definitely return.

A Beautiful Oasis
Wow! Is all I can say. The Cabin, the location, the creek....the whole package...is just perfect. I have never had such a relaxing vacation. Every single thing you can think of was provided. I spent hours outside on the swing just watching and listening to the creek and nature. And Kathy was wonderful. She was available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. If you are looking for a slice of heaven away from all the craziness of the world but with all of the amenities you can possibly think of, then this is the cabin for you. I couldn't think of a better place to stay while vacationing in the mountains and we'll definitely come back for our next trip to TN. Thank you for sharing this beautiful Oasis with the world.

Second visit to the Cabin! Love it!
Family reunion/Father's Day visit turned out great! This is our second time at the cabin and we just love it. Great kitchen and patio. The owners are the nicest people and they thought of every convenience imaginable. The grounds and garden are so relaxing. The long yard area along the stream is great for yard games or just strolling. We saw deer, baby ducks, birds of all kinds, The stream is right next to the cabin and it was great to just watch and listen to it. We will be coming back as soon as we can get it arranged. Hidden Treasure
This cabin has everything you could ever ask for. Mrs. Kathy is absolutely awesome and leaves you wanting for nothing...it's all extremely awesome. Location is along a wonderfully running creek, watching the ducks float passed it just the cutest thing. The outdoor patio is 30x30 of lounging heaven including 2 wooden swings, grill, 2 long tables and many more extras. Is exactly as pictured which usually is not so true in our experiences. A little piece of paradise on Earth
The cabin was so welcoming. Stayed there with husband and sister for a family reunion with my 88 year old dad!.. We went walking, talking and trout fishing! Beautiful place, streaming passing right by. The hosts were amazing--- already making plans to stay again. Thank you for such fantastic memories.

Tranquility with Comfort!
This property is amazing! It has all the modern comforts of home with a beautiful clear creek right next to the cabin. It was great spending time sitting in the pavillion/ wooden swings watching the ducks and other wildlife play in the creek. The cabin is also well furnished with anything you may need. We were sad to have to leave and hope to come back soon!
