The Space:
Welcome to "Sea La Vie," a stunning oceanfront beach house that promises an unforgettable getaway! This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom mansion offers breathtaking ocean views from every living area and bedroom, providing the perfect backdrop for your vacation. The open floor plan features all main living areas on the second floor, making it an ideal space for entertaining friends and family. The spacious open kitchen, adorned with custom modern cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances, perfectly complements the large island, making it a great place to gather and create cherished memories.

Step out onto the huge deck that extends from the dining room, living room, and family room, where you can soak in the stunning Atlantic Ocean views. With a private walkover, you'll have direct access to exquisite Flagler Beach, allowing you to explore the beauty of the coastline at your leisure.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The first floor is perfect for families, featuring two bunk beds that can accommodate a total of four twin beds, ideal for kids. The extensive game area in the garage is a fantastic entertainment hub, equipped with a pool and ping pong table, ensuring endless fun for guests of all ages. Also, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves this level for your convenience.

On the second floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining area that accommodates 10, a cozy living room, and a family room. The open layout expands out onto a large outside deck, where you can enjoy the sun or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. This level also includes a laundry room outfitted with a washer, dryer, and wash sink, as well as another full bathroom.

Master Suite and Guest Rooms:
Ascend to the third floor, which features three beautifully furnished bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is truly a sanctuary, complete with a jetted bathtub and double sink vanity, offering a spa-like experience at home. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
