„My teenage son, dog, and I stayed at this nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house for 2 nights. The dog loved being able to run around in the yard, and we were able to watch our shows and movies in the living room on the Smart TV. The location was great! We took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and was able to see Sedona only 1 hour south of us.“

Home owner has this set up that one does not realize it is a shared lot. Very private! The hot tub was put into good use by this group, enjoyed!! Kitchen set up gets one by to make meals. „Overall our stay was really good. We were on a vacay to see the Grand Canyon and stayed two nights here. It was a 2 hour drive to Grand Canyon South Rim. The house has lots of rooms and lots of bathrooms which was a huge plus. The only thing that was slightly bothersome was a check in time that was quite late in the day (4pm.) we got into town much earlier in the day and had to kill a ton of time since there is a steep charge for early check in. „We had a great stay last week in Flagstaff. The house is huge so our 5 adults and 5 grandchildren had plenty of room,. They loved the downstairs bunk bed setup. We loved the matriarch casita as a great get away. The owner was very responsive on communications and even though there as no central heat the space heaters and fireplaces kept things warm. “

The place has a very rustic charm but there were somethings that were disappointing like needing to wash any dishes before we used them.
