Welcome to our lower-level, duplex-style home located in the heart of Flagstaff! Just minutes from downtown Flagstaff, this cozy retreat offers convenient access to shopping at Walmart and Target. A short 30-minute drive brings you to Snowbowl Ski Patrol, while the Grand Canyon is only 90 minutes away—perfect for a day trip! Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or exploring, we provide everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Soak in the breathtaking Flagstaff mountain views right from the comfort of home.

Parking: A maximum of three cars is allowed on the right side of the driveway, with one stored in the garage. Overflow parking is available at nearby public lots. Please note, RV's, travel trailers, and large vehicles are not permitted.
*Please note that this home, like most in Flagstaff, is not equipped with Air Conditioning. We do provide a Portable A/C Unit & We do provide our guests with fans during their stay.
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! We ask that you do not tamper with any of the spa equipment to avoid damage.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or driving your personal vehicle as there is limited public transportation in Flagstaff.
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
