Perfect Large Group Gem with Game Room/Great Yard

Welcome! This home has 3 bdrms /2 full bathrooms. Two bdrms have queen beds and the 3rd has 2 large bunk beds (twin top/full bottom). There’s a large living room, dining area, and a large kitchen. There's also a spacious game room w/ sofa, foosball, and air hockey. Great backyard w/ grill and lots of seating plus great views of Mt Elden. Quick walk through the neighborhood to loads of hiking. Dogs must be approved ahead of time and a $50 pet fee will be required. NO AC in this home except a portable AC unit

There is no AC in this home, like most Flagstaff homes.

Please note:
We love you to have your pets on holiday with you. We do ask that you ask for pet approval with us before booking and also know we charge a $50 non-refundable pet fee. This home, like most homes in Flagstaff, does NOT have AC. In the summer months, the evenings are cool and the house cools down. Asking for a refund due to this oversight will not be honored. Please reach out with any questions!

The home was pretty rundown, it needs some maintenance. It was not very clean, and we were nervous to use things without washing them before use. The property manager was easy to contact. The grill was out of propane and we bought a new one so we could grill, the property manager did give us a credit for the propane which I appreciate.

Nice Place
Overall it was a good stay. Our only complaint would be the laminate floors need to be replaced since they were falling apart when we were walking around and the master bedroom carpets were stained with some odors. Overall the neighborhood was nice and the house had a good layout...plenty of space for my family and dog. Out kids liked the game room.

Quick , Comfortable Stay
We took our kids and nephews on a road trip and did and overnight in Flagstaff. We picked this house because of the game room and it was perfect! The rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of sleeping beds, bathrooms were clean. We didn't have any issue with the no AC, it was warm but not uncomfortable with the fans on. We had trouble with the key code but when I called the hostess she explained everything and stayed on the phone with me until we were in the house. The only thing I would say needs a little TLC is the flooring in the main room, but that didn't bother us at all. We definitely recommend especially if you have kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Falls short of expectations
We stayed for three nights in this home. Here are the positives: the location is convenient, the BBQ grill is excellent, the refrigerator is nice, the game room is a great addition, and the view is beautiful. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The pots and pans are in terrible condition; the handles are missing, and the nonstick surfaces are peeling. Additionally, there is a camera in the kitchen, which is against VRBO's policy of not having cameras inside the home. The flooring is coming up, and there is a sign asking guests to take off their shoes, which is impossible given the condition of the floors. My boys' socks were snagged and torn from the damaged flooring. The cleanliness of the unit was also subpar. There was orange mold in the showers, a greasy countertop by the popcorn machine, and the air vent in the hall was covered with dust bunnies. The smart home features did not work either. Overall, this home needs a deep clean, new flooring, and the purchase of new cookware to meet the expected standards.

Just what we needed
We used the house as a base camp to visit Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house isn’t fancy but we didn’t need it to be. Perfect price for what you get. We appreciated the coffee stocked and the beds were comfortable. Kids loved the game room!

Perfect winter getaway
This house was perfect for our small family. The game room was cool and the house itself was cozy and nicely furnished. We came specifically to experience snow, we don't get any snow in the valley and it was nice to have the backyard where the kids could play. There's a park about 2 minutes away from the house so we had ample space and snow nearby for snow ball fights and snow man building.
