The home has three levels which can accommodate a larger group. Almost all windows have views of the pine trees. You'll often see "Chip and Dale" the two pointy eared squirrels running through the trees right outside the windows. There are trails all through the neighborhood for walking and running, with a park and playground for kids. Lake Mary Road is a few minutes away which takes you to Lake Mary and Mormon Lake. It's a great cycling and running route. The neighborhood is called Ponderosa Trails because of the many Ponderosa Pines and the extensive trail system.
