„I was very favourably impressed with the Leicester. The premises were maintained to a high standard and tastefully furnished and decorated. Spotlessly clean throughout. The breakfast was excellent, an extremely wide choice to cater for all tastes, freshly cooked to order. My bacon, sausage and black pudding were grilled to perfection, the fried egg just right. And home made marmalade too. Next time I'm in Southport I'll want to stay there.“

„The property is a little different the way it is run, you pick your keys up from a box outside using a code number for the box. Reception is not manned and a continental breakfast is hung outside your room in the morning. If you require a English breakfast they have a sister restaurant. This may not suit everyone but for the price and a couple of days away it was fine for us. I would certainly look at staying again.“

„A modern hotel, in an excellent location for easy walking access to all areas of St Anne’s. Lytham itself is just a short drive down the coast. Staff were all very welcoming & friendly and although we were only there for a short time, rooms were cleaned each day. Reception area is not always manned but it is easy enough to use the bell to call a staff member. Breakfast is of Continental style, but there was more than enough, & everything was kept “topped up” which is not always the case in ...

„Very welcoming staff and central location. Old fashioned decor but clean and comfortable. Good value for an overnight say, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to try out the swimming pool. Limited breakfast (e.g. no croissants or similar continental items) but the bacon/egg etc was nice enough. I would stay again.“
