„My family and friends had a fantastic stay at the Manor! The space offers plenty of room, making it perfect for relaxing or getting work done. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a huge plus. „The duplex was very nice and beautiful. The river was just a short walk from the house. We did have a wonderful time. Negatives: No games upstairs as listed in listing. Whirlpool bath doesn't work as listed. No kitchen towels or dishcloths to wash dishes. No extra blankets or throw blankets in livingroom. Only one firepit outside so you must share with the other apartment in the duplex. It wouldn't take much to dig another firepit for“

„Sunset Cottage was perfect for our family’s overnight stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. The decor is adorable, the furniture is amazingly comfortable, and the location is quiet and peaceful. There were so many little additions that made this cottage perfect—a few snacks, a s’mores kit, and coffee were available for guests. „Great property with a great location if you want seclusion. We stayed with another couple to get away from the kids for the weekend. The hot tub was perfect and the grill to cook some steaks on made it perfect. Our second visit and we will be back for a third. “

„We enjoyed the hot tub and the propane fire pit. Sitting on the deck having lunch overlooking the Ohio river. Lovely accommodations and comfortable furniture. We had 3 deer stroll near the cabin on our final day. You do need a high clearance vehicle or truck to navigate the road up to the cabin. The view is spectacular. “

„Nice little cabin with a water view. Very clean! Owner called and let us know check in details. The fire ring outside was very nice. Lots of towels! Only suggestion might be to offer a bundle of firewood for additional cost. We gathered up some stucks and made one though. “

„The owner was so kind. We got there early and the owner helped us access it. We really appreciated it. The cabin was perfect and very clean. I recommend putting small trash cans in the bedrooms, a small table on the other side of the couch, a water filter pitcher in the fridge and some hooks on the back of the bathroom door, but overall this place could not have been any better. The fire pit was great. We cooked hot dogs and made smores. It was perfect. Everything worked exactly how it should. “

„This was a very large farmhouse, that accommodated our group very well. Lots of beds, and large kitchen area made cooking and dining very easy for a large group! Plus, we were so far out in the country, the kids could make all the noise they wanted! Mark, our host, was on sight to check us in and explained where everything was located.
