„This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented and the views from the house can’t be beat. Better yet, take a seat on the dock and you are immediately relaxed from life. I would suggest extra pillows for bedrooms and both showers had lack luster shower pressure which is never fun on vacation. We would definitely book again.“

„Classic old home with lots of character! Have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Comfy beds. Would love to see a taller toilet upstairs like the one on the main level. Need to get the yard in shape, looked pretty rough. Close to the St. Johns river, Friday nite food truck and live entertainment. Would stay again!“

„Easy to get to by water, with deep water canal. 20 mile ride by boat to glenn springs. Large driveway with plenty of room for boat trailers. We had a 21 foot and 27 foot boat and both fit fine.“

The dock is inviting, offering more opportunities to get close to nature. The house is clean; everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable. „We like to get together once a year, locally. This allows our family to come and go as their work needs require. This is our fifth year doing this at various locations,. But we will be back here, hopefully next year. There is a beach for the littles, fishing for the olders and lots of watercraft. Amiee was a sweetheart in all areas. He wanted the following criteria: near water to kayak and near springs to swim, as well as a fire pit for a bonfire (men sure love their fires lol) We also needed to bring our small elderly dog with us. This property met all those requirements and more! Everyone has an amazing time! We waved at the trains passing by, enjoyed the dock, we even had manatees come RIGHT up to us to check us out!! The beautiful Cypress and lapping waves of Lake Sante Fe, I felt like Marjorie Kinan Rawlings watching a deer and dreaming of being on the water as I rocked on the swinging bed on the most beautiful porch watching candy colored sunsets or even enjoying a run in the rain, washed anew in fresh dreams enjoying the area. Refreshing to say the least.“
