not a great experience
after booking all of my confirmation information came through vacasa instead of vrbo.
we made several attempts at contacting and resolving the issue. the night of check in we were told by a representative from vacasa that the local team would reach out to us to resolve the issue. we never received a phone call or any kind of contact from them again.
the following day we started off contacting vacasa again. we spent about two hours on the phone with them and by the end of the phone call we got hung up on by their representative.
after the second phone call with vacasa we decided to call vrbo. they tried to be much more helpful but again told us the best course of action would be through thee property management (vacasa). we spent another couple of hours on the phone with the representative from vrbo. they told us we would he contacted the following day (day 3 of 7 of our vacation) about being relocated to a different place. we were never contacted by vrbo again.
we did not call them back the following day because our vacation was being consumed by phone calls getting us no where. i sent messages through both the vacasa and vrbo apps and again was not contacted again by either one.
anytime that we attempted these phone calls and messages we had to leave the house to get phone service.
we booked a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom vrbo and we got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space.
we have attempted to get a partial refund simply to pay for the 3rd party of our group to pay for the hotel th
