„The property fit our needs perfectly. It was convenient to have access to washer/dryer. It was close enough to walk into St Augustine (2 mi) and very convenient to one of the beaches. Not knowing how many friends or family may have needed a place to stay, having both a trundle bed and fold out couch provided options. It’s an older home but has all the necessities. It was perfect for our stay.“

The saltwater pool was wonderful and the view from the pool or the back deck was very nice. Cabe was an excellent host and great communicator. We stayed for a 4 day weekend and it was great.“

„Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant. “

Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! “
