„We had a magical time at our (not so) little house in the Florida woods. The house itself was spotless, in excellent (new) condition and with a well-thought out floor plan (appreciated the toilet with its own sink separate from the very large bathroom, with another sink, lots of cabinet and counter space and a walk-in shower with a privacy-glass window that could be opened for ventilation), and the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to stay I. „Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. “

„The location on the river is amazing. The home is directly on the main river. The host Summer is top notch. If you text her, she will answer you promptly. She was there to greet us when we were leaving to make sure how our stay was. The house was spotless. Plenty of beach towels, plenty of bath towels. „My son and I were in town for a week for a disc golf tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood, no light noise so you can truly relax! We mainly slept or sat around for a couple of hours when at the house. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen for our needs, washer and dryer were handy, and the rooms were nice and dark at bed time! Will definitely book again if we get back out there.“

„This was our 5th or 6th time renting this house for a group dive trip and a favorite. It is a beautiful location, clean, well stocked and great communication with the host. We will be back again!“

„The place was just right for the occasion with maybe just a couple concerns. There was no bathroom door and this lead to a little bit of privacy loss with the room only being a studio setup. The other issue was a lack of space for our luggage. This lead to a bit of clutter while there. These small issues would not keep us from staying again but they could be bigger issues for others. The home was super clean. Beautifully decorated. And the outside private patio was equally beautiful. “

„House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. “

„My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely guest suite in Spring Hill! The host was quick to communicate when needed and very welcoming! We had family in the area so we didn't hang out at the rental too much, but it was perfect for our overnight 3-day stay. Sadly, the weather was very chilly during our visit so we could not use the inviting outdoor pool outside our bedroom door. “

„Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! We had not called about it so obviously it was already planned. Very nice location easy to find and get to. “

„We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. “

„Studio- sized apartment that packed a lot of hospitality!! Everything you could want was available! The decor was very homey and the bed was comfortable. Had some minor issues with the internet being a little slow but nothing that would prevent me from coming back!! “

„The house was amazing good for six but we was only two. The area is quite with some bars and restaurants around. We leaving very relaxed and unfortunately we have to haeding back to cold Germany soon. Many thanks to the owner Rick which was immediately helping us. One may the owner has think about to present a Gasgrill instead of the charcoal Grill. But this is a only minor think we use the charcoal grill and was satisfied. Any time again with Rick. Sincerely Uli and Birte.“

„Very clean, convenient to most everything. Only wish that the property mentioned that it was still under ongoing construction and access to the site was a slight inconvenient . Would recommend that the bathroom door be fixed so that it closed properly “
