„Grundsätzlich schöne und saubere Unterkunft - wäre weiterzuempfehlen. Erreichbarkeit (auch mit google maps) nicht so einfach - hier wäre ein Hinweis vorab toll. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin eine Katastrophe. Abgesehen davon, dass man keine Vorab-Infos bzgl Check-in erhält, ist die Vermieterin auch ziemlich herablassend, wenn man sich nach der Endreinigung erkundigt. „We had a great stay at the studios. The communication was excellent! We were across from the beach and was even able to walk to a few trails. The only thing we would have liked is for the studio to have a coach and a table. There were only two plastic chairs to sit on so we had to sit in the bed to watch tv or just hang out. Other than that everything was great. We look forward to renting from them again!“

„Beautiful home in a perfect location. We go to Puerto Rico every year in honor of my father. We usually go to the west coast but decided to switch it up this year. Our time at Norma’s beautiful home did not disappoint! The pool was such a gift and the ocean fantastic. Yes, there was some seaweed, but not enough to deter us. „My friends and I loved this place so much. We had good privacy and felt safe. Waking up and having coffee on the balcony was my favorite part. I will point out that one of the two showers was not usable for us as the water pressure was nonexistent. Apparently this is common throughout the island during busier seasons. We had to share one shower between 4 of us, which was fine, but worth the mention. “

„This was a beautiful residence only surpassed by the even more beautiful ocean view. Just as described on the website. Very clean and comfortably. The agent was always available. Unfortunately we were at the location during an island wide blackout. But the agent kept in touch and was available for anything we needed. Fortunately, we opened the sliding glass doors and were able to enjoy the cooling ocean breeze that evening. Water heater is solar. Highly recommend this residence and hope to visit ...

„A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. Easy access to all attractions, especially the mountain range of the rainforest. Relax in the jacuzzi or on the balcony. Open the patio doors for the fresh cool breeze. „Excellent vacation spot. Condo was what we expected. Clean and comfortable. Awesome view. The ac control was a bit hard to understand. Only minus was daytime construction on either the roof or unit next door with constant drilling but usually we were out anyway.“

„Difficult to find food at the hotel facilities. Restaurants were full and not able to get any reservations during the stay at the Resort. There were no restaurants close to the resort. As a group we needed to get out of the resort every day to be able to find food. Seems like the of you want to eat at the resort you will need to reserve the restaurants at the same time you reserve the room. “

Nice swimming pool, nice sea view.

"The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though."

"This cozy apartment had everything we needed for a short stay like bath and towels. A comfortable bed, mosquito nets and air conditioning ensured a restful night. Although the small Roku TV hat many applications it wasn’t possible to add other apps because the PIN was not available. The functional mini fridge added convenience, leaving no room for complaints. Sadly the room interior didn’t look exactly like on the pictures. Also we had a hard time with the locking and unlocking our doors."
