„The house itself is great, the view is beautiful! We loved seeing deer each day! However, the property needs maintenance, the interior needs upkeep (light bulbs out, remotes need batteries, Master Bathroom sink remains clogged, interior drawers and cabinets need cleaned but the biggest concern was pest control (too many live roaches!) “

„Just intended to be a crash pad after celebrating a friend's birthday with a few other guys. That's exactly what it was. Nothing fancy, large bedrooms. Limited glassware, furniture and amenities. Potentially cool hangout area on the decks but without any furniture patio furniture, limited chance to enjoy. No grill. We made it work. No real complaints.. it was what i expected. Owner responded quickly to any questions. “

„We had the property for a four day weekend with a wedding on Saturday. The kitchen was stocked well for all meals on site. The resort is incredible and provided a beautiful backdrop for the rehearsal, wedding, photos, and a relaxing weekend with friends and family. Guests could arrive via boat and automobile. „A very nice place. Quiet with nice views of the water. Having coffee in the morning while the deer were wandering around was certainly welcome. Everything was clean and neatly presented. Billiards and Air Hockey were nice surprises. I’d stay there again.“

We did wish there had been a bigger communal dining table so we could have all gathered in one space, but we made it work with the addition of two card tables that we brought. „The pictures make the house really nice, but reality is that it has been poorly renovated. Mix and match flooring with uneven thresholds, questionable electrical connections, terrible Wi-Fi, and a set of stairs to enter and exit the house. All this would be fine if they charged accordingly. We paid WAY too much for a house of that caliber.“

„This house accommodated our family of 16 perfectly. We came with 10 adults and 6 kids under 4 and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were there the week of the hurricane but Gainesville did not disappoint!
