Upcoming Construction Notice:
Please be aware that from October 2024 through Summer 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier and units ending in -01. This project has been experiencing multiple delays, causing most of the building to be under construction at once. Work is expected 7am-6pm on weekdays, with limited parking, views, and accessibility. Half of the parking lot is inaccessible at any time, with workers, trucks and equipment being stored around property. While we are provided details, we are not in charge of the project and do our best to keep up with any new updates. Please inquire for the latest delay information and work location.

Additional Bedrooms: Both offer queen-size beds with premium mattresses and flat-screen TVs with cable channels.

Bathrooms:
Modern bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries provided.
Luxurious en-suite master bathroom with a soaking tub to relax after a day on the beach.

Outdoor Space:
Expansive balcony with new furniture, perfect for basking in the warm Carolina sun and enjoying the ocean breeze.
Two oceanfront pools open seasonally from April 1 to October 31 (weather permitting), ideal for a refreshing dip.

Parking: Two parking spots per villa. Additional parking passes may be available at an extra cost, up to $100 per pass.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located just steps away from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Folly Beach. The complex features two oceanfront pools, two elevators, private covered parking, and breathtaking ocean views. The pools are open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting. The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and outside weather conditions will largely determine pool temperatures. Building management oversees the maintenance of pools and elevators, and these amenities may be closed for routine cleaning or maintenance.

Exclusive Beach Gear Credit: Book a stay of 4–14 nights and receive a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals, courtesy of our partnership with VayK Gear. Guests can rent essential beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to enjoy a perfect day at the beach. Please note: The HOA does not permit VayK Gear bikes, surfboards, kayaks, or paddleboards on the property. Luckily, Cool Breeze Bikes is just down the street on Center Street for bike rentals.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. For additional parking, requests can be made through building management based on availability.
