The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers for rent this large, south-facing flat with mountain views in Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire, within walking distance of the ski resort, with a swimming pool, sauna and hammam (extra charge). It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a 4-star residence, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms. The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue machine, Magimix food processor, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A covered, shared, heated swimming pool (5x10) open from December 14, 2024 to April 4, 2025 (closed on Saturdays for maintenance).
- A shared sauna and hammam in the residence, at an additional cost (€10 per session) open from December 14, 2024 to April 4, 2025.

- A 6 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private basement parking lot (2 parking spaces available).

- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport 98 km away.
