Einfache Flüge landen direkt auf dieser schönen Insel. Buchen Sie in GGT, Georgetown, Exuma. Direktflüge von Atlanta, Miami, Toronto, Nassau und mehr.
Diese Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer und einen Privatstrand. Sie werden die wunderschön eingerichteten Badezimmer mit Fliesenduschen, separaten Badewannen und Doppelwaschbecken genießen, die 2016 komplett renoviert wurden. Alle Bettwäsche, Badetücher, Badetücher Seifen und Shampoo werden im gesamten geliefert.
Es gibt eine sehr große, voll ausgestattete Küche und einen angrenzenden Essbereich mit Platz für 12 Personen. Sie können auch im Freien am Tisch auf der überdachten Veranda essen.
Entspannen Sie mit Familie und Freunden in der großen Höhle mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und genießen Sie den Meerblick. Sehen Sie fern, wenn Sie nicht im Wasser sind. Wifi und Apple TV sind ebenfalls enthalten.
Seien Sie versichert, dass Sie sich mit dem kürzlich hinzugefügten zweiten Klimagerät in jedem Raum des Hauses sehr wohl fühlen werden. Ein vollautomatischer Generator ist unsere neueste Ergänzung, um diese unerwarteten Inselstromausfälle auszugleichen. Sie werden nicht einmal wissen, dass der Strom ausgefallen ist.
Waschen Sie das Salz nach dem Entspannen am Strand mit Wasser aus unserem brandneuen, hochmodernen Süßwassersystem. Das System bietet in der gesamten Unterkunft reines Trink- und Badewasser. (nicht etwas, was man immer an Inselstandorten findet). Genießen Sie die große überdachte Terrasse, während Sie auf Chaiselongues oder Schaukelstühlen entspannen.
Was The Cut Pearl auszeichnet, ist der geräumige Luxus und die Aussicht. Unsere neue Terrasse und der überdachte Pavillon bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das bläulichste Wasser der Erde. Dies ist der entspannendste Ort der Welt, frei von Menschenmassen und Ablenkungen. Beachten Sie, dass der Strand vor allem während der Hurrikansaison je nach Gezeiten und Wind stark schwanken kann.
      4 Kajaks sind mit Schnorchelausrüstung und Schwimmwesten ausgestattet. Verbringen Sie Ihren Tag mit Angeln, Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Bootfahren, Wandern oder erkunden Sie einfach die unglaublichsten Strände, die Sie jemals sehen werden. Wenn Sie keine Aktivitäten im Voraus buchen konnten, hilft Ihnen unser Hausverwalter gerne dabei, Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Perfect house!
This house is all I hoped it would be. There were 8 adults and it was plenty of room for us to spread out. It is well stocked with kitchen necessities as well as towels, washcloths, beach towels, tons of beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc. Andy was very helpful as well as Judy. Judy did our grocery shopping for us and lined up the taxi as well as rental car. Our only let down was we didn’t have a beach the whole time we stayed. It was very windy and I guess that affected the tide. We loved the location of the house and we would stay here again for sure.

Great Vacation at the Cut Pearl
### Review for Cut Pearl in Little Exuma Our stay at the Cut Pearl in Little Exuma was truly memorable. We were a group of six adults and five kids, and the house perfectly accommodated us. The owners were very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The house itself is huge, with plenty of different spaces for everyone to enjoy. It is very well-equipped, featuring multiple kayaks, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs. The kids had a blast with all the available streaming services, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to Moriah Cay and the lazy river, which we could kayak to on a non-windy day. Although the beach directly in front of the house was affected by the tides and weather, this did not dampen our spirits. We rented a van and explored many beautiful beaches, including Pretty Molly, Forbes Hill and the Tropic of Cancer. Overall, it was an amazing vacation filled with fun and adventure. The only minor downside was the limited beach access right in front of the house, but the surrounding area more than made up for it. We highly recommend the Cut Pearl for a fantastic getaway.

Wonderful house on a semi-private beach
Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay here. The semi-private beach will rival any of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The house was clean and comfortable. There is a very well stocked dive room in the house with snorkel gear, kids toys, floats, coolers. The house is 25 minutes from Georgetown but wasn’t an issue As activities, we did Minns (recommended) and TT Watersports (not worth it given this house has kayaks)

Family Christmas Trip
Andy, I can’t say enough good things about him. From communication prior to arrival giving us ample information and details to checking in throughout the trip with additional insider info that he and Mrs. Loren have accumulated over their years here. The property was beyond beautiful. Described to a T. Many more kitchen amenities than we have had in many other vrbo rentals. The beach gear storage room was such a huge benefit. We took full advantage of the chairs, ice chests, masks, snorkels, life jackets, flippers, kayaks, and noodles. The mattresses were superb. Waking up in paradise and not having to loosen up these joints was a very unexpected surprise.

This was our 2nd year in a row spending the Christmas week at the Cut Pearl. The house is super nice and very spacious. Our group of 8 had lots of room and everyone loved their accommodations. The photos don't show just how much space and view this property has. It was fabulous, super-well-stocked with everything you could need or want from kayaks, floats, snorkels and coolers to sunscreen, paper towels, comfortable beds and quality sheets, a huge back porch with quality furniture and priceless view. There was no beach due to the tide while we visited which was totally fine. Water was gorgeous for swimming and snorkeling. Getting in and out of the water on rough days is a bit treacherous as you have to crawl over a few rocks (that are NOT slippery and do have good grip but still tough when waves hit), but we all swam daily. It's about 20 min to Georgetown. We cooked and ate at the house a lot and enjoyed the privacy. We rented a boat for three days so we used those days to explore all the island has to offer - stingrays, turtles, starfish, etc - and enjoyed the other days largely around this fabulous house. There was more than enough room for 8 - we could easily have added more. The power does go out very frequently and the generator came in clutch - super, super valuable! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous views, deceptive listing
This was listed as beach front and the listing photos must have been photo shopped. Getting to the water was difficult and if not at absolute low tide was dangerous. There were steps down to a boulder and jagged rock covered shoreline. I would no way call it a beach. While I found out that there was no one in before our arrival and no one coming in immediately after, we had a landscape crew onsite Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm running weedwhackers ALL DAY it seemed to be the goal of the crew was to remove every piece of anything green. Additionally, on our first night, while star gazing, we see headlights coming up the drive. I get around to the front and 2 guys are there, hood up on a mini van, using the hose on the front to add water to their radiator. I ask "can I help you?" answer "No we are good, the property manager told us it was ok to be here." REALLY ? The only real good thing to come out of "service" was one night we went to use the gas grill, the propane tank was empty, contacted manager and a replacement tank was onsite within 20 minutes. We had a major indoor flying ant infestation on our final night, gross and disgusting. On a note of caution outside and under no control of the property, the roads headed out of Georgetown leading to and in Little Exuma are extremely horrible and dangerous. There are potholes that will flip your car. If true pictures were on the listing, we would not have chosen to stay here, very deceptive.

We really enjoyed our time at the Cut Pearl, the house had everything we needed and more, we love and try to visit Exuma at least once a year but this was our first time staying at a property in little Exuma and we loved it! We visited different beautiful beaches but our favorite place to swim was the one in front the house, there’s not a lot of beach area during high tide and is rocky but the water was absolutely beautiful, we swam, kayaked and had a great time! The ocean view from different areas of house is absolutely breathtaking, since we’re somewhat familiar w the area we know sometimes there are power outages but the house had a generator so we didn’t have to go without it. Looking forward to stay again at the Cut Pearl in the future.

The Cut Pearl has every amenity you can think of. Beds and living area furniture are comfy, and plenty of deck seating. Our beach area was very private, gorgeous views, and several kayaks for us to use. We had a couple of minor issues due to heavy rains during the week, but the owners and caretaker were very responsive and arranged repair right away.

This villa has a fantastic view of the sea off Little Exhuma Island from the villa's rear deck/patio area. It is simply breath-taking. Everyone connected to the property responded quickly to our communications and acted on them. The villa had some minor plumbing issues BUT they were taken care of immediately. The area is beautiful, the villa clean, comfortable and well decorated. Finally, The beach below the villa is beautiful, easily reached, and provided our family reunion hours to fun in the sun. The kayaks, beach chairs and snorkeling gear is all in good shape. I recommend it at the highest level.

The house and view were nothing less than beautiful. Quiet location that is near several beautiful beaches and great food. Amenities at the house along with the responsiveness and friendliness of the owner and caretakers really set the property apart. We had two families staying in the home and there was plenty of room without tripping over each other. The beach at the bottom of the stairs was days of fun in the sun. You will love your stay here!

Beautiful House with a Great Private Beach

Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
This was our 6th vacation to Exuma and The Cut Pearl made it one of our best. The owner, Andy, was always available and provided us with many local contacts and suggestions for great beaches and restaurants. The home was clean and had anything you could want for enjoying all activities. Lots of room for our party of 7 and everyone had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back in a year or 2.
