„We had a great two-night stay at this super fun cabin. To describe every small detail this place has to offer would fill several review pages. The kids loved the Nintendo Entertainment System in the Duck Room and we all enjoyed the back porch and barbecue. Only star off was because there was some older trash underneath the trash bag in the mein kitchen garbage can after we pulled out the bag with our garbage to take it to the dumpster when we checked out and some of the silverware did not seem ...

„With that said, however, and I’m sorry for the late review, there were a few issues…-rodent droppings in the pot/pan cupboard- I totally recognize that this can be an issue in the mountains, but I think cleaning people should pay some attention… just a gentle suggestion - the oven took almost 2 hours to heat to desired temperature. "Wer auf der Suche nach einer gemütlichen und unkomplizierten Unterkunft in der Nähe des Yosemite Nationalparks ist, der sollte das Miners Inn Motel unbedingt in Betracht ziehen. Das kleine Motel am Stadtrand von Mariposa hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Die Zimmer sind zwar einfach gehalten, aber dafür sehr sauber und sie bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett war super bequem, sodass man nach einem langen Tag voller Abenteuer im Yosemite schnell einschlafen kann. Das Frühstück war ein echter Pluspunkt. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt: frischen Kaffee, etwas Obst, knusprige Waffeln und noch vieles mehr. Das Personal war dabei immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Motels ist ideal für Ausflüge in den Yosemite Nationalpark. Man ist vglw. schnell an den schönsten Orten und kann nach einem langen Tag in der Natur wunderbar entspannen. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns im Miners Inn Motel rundum wohlgefühlt und können es jedem empfehlen, der eine authentische und preisgünstige Unterkunft mit guter Ausgangslage zum Yosemite sucht."

"Tolle Unterkunft, Zentral zum Park, gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal, kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Gift & ein paar Lebensmittel, zwei Restaurants. Zimmer nicht mehr das neuste, aber mit Charme, großer Fernseh, Fön, Shampoos, ausreichend Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee. Außenanlage mit Pool, Feuerstelle und einen kleinen Park mit Beach am Fluss. Sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl !"

"Perfect location for visiting Yosemite. Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating, clean rooms and newly remodeled. Comfy bedding, coffee machine with daily coffee refills. Nice game room for kids. Nice pool area. Food was the only huge disappointment. Extremely expensive (they take advantage of the fact that you don’t have an alternative unless you travel to the next town which is quite a drive away), but the worst is not the high price, it’s that portion sizes and quality are really really really bad, the absolute worst is the breakfast buffet, only topped by 120$ for three small pizzas and three drinks (soft drink, a wine and a beer) that were simple frozen industrial ready pizzas served on paper plates and drinks including wine in plastic glasses - an absolute disgrace and waste of money served in an ambience with strong chlorine smell."
