This duplex is amazing. It was a great location and we felt very safe. There is everything you could want there. Keurig k-cups, paper goods, and too many appliances to list are provided. There is a great backyard with a picnic set and toys if you come with kids. We were also able to use the garage. We hope to stay here again.

To start, Christy was awesome at communication!! She is a top notch host. The house was cozy, comfortable and had so many amenities. Not just the basics, this home has just about everything you have in your own home. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great hot water and pressure. The garage made it so convenient to back in and unload straight into the well appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend staying at this rental to everyone. The washer and dryer were so great to have to use!! I always read reviews before booking and when I saw and read all 5 starts here I just knew the home would not be anything less. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Christy!! 9

I actually didn’t stay here, but set up my wife and kids while they were visiting their grandparents in Loveland. My wife insisted I leave a review because of how much she enjoyed her stay. Kids also loved it. Communication was fantastic and location was minutes away from my wife’s family.

The duplex was spotless and smelled great upon arrival. The host has it well stocked with essentials from k-cups to laundry detergent to shampoo…there is also a nice backyard….the property is in a good, easy to reach location with necessities close by…attractions in the area are close by… I highly recommend this property…I hope it’s available for my future trips to the Loveland area….

The property worked perfectly as a central location for our week stay in the area. Our drives to Estes Park and RMNP, Fort Collins, Boulder and Denver were all easy from this property. Great property and wonderful stay
My husband and I stayed here while trying to decide if we would like to retire to the Loveland area. The unit was very nice--clean and it smelled great! The owners have thought of many nice touches-plenty of coffee (except decaf!), everything you would need in the kitchen, even makeup remover towlettes in the bathroom. It feels warm and homey. We will likely stay here if we are in the area again, which we hope to be.

Great affordable way to see lots of area top spots!
Although we were further from the mountains than we first realized it wound up being a great location! We wanted to see as many college campuses as possible for our 16 year old and also allow him snowboarding opportunities. We were able to do it all and had a wonderful time. Great eateries nearby and the mountains were amazing! We lucked out with outstanding weather. Absolutely loved the townhouse, perfect for our needs and had everything we could ahve possibly wanted.
