You will love the distinct charm, central location and stunning interior. Creating cherished family memories has never been easier!

Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee in the quaint backyard or head to the rooftop for a morning stretch and reading session. Then bike over to the Poudre River Trail and enjoy a leisurely pedal along the river, winding your way into Old Town Fort Collins. Here you can explore the nearby shops before grabbing a bite to eat at a local restaurant. Then head home for a relaxing evening of wine and charcuterie on the rooftop. You will love watching the sunset over the Foothills while relaxing around the fire or soaking in the starlight from the rooftop hot tub! You won’t ever want to leave.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level of this home. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay

GENERAL: Complimentary high-speed WiFi, stacked washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: There is a detached single-stall garage and two street-side parking spaces available. Three cars maximum.

Active construction in neighborhood
Clean, comfortable bed and furniture, hot tub was great, nice shower. This is an active construction zone as of January 2025. Didnt know I'd have three days of construction traffic and noise - wasn't in the listing. When talking on the phone every person commented on the background noise. Renters need to know this. Internet was awful. Every device said the router was using old technology that was outdated and was not secure - I should use a different network. My printer wouldn't connect to the internet for this reason. Using the Fubo app was frustrating, constant buffering. Kitchen wasn't unorganized, not sure what was happening there. Drawers and cabinets were a hodge pod of pans, lids, utensils, etc.Toilet paper..... what you'd find in a 7-11, the cheapest u can buy. Overall disappointing, not worth the money.

Great house in Fort Collins!
Great house in Fort Collins with spectacular views of the mountains. Close to Old Town and CSU campus. Would recommend staying here. Property management company is excellent!

Great stay for extended family
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spread out condo. The kitchen was way bigger than expected and well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and a number of spices and such. Coffee was even provided. The layout of having a bedroom in the basement + 3 more upstairs worked well for our family so we could put kids to bed and still visit in the main level. The rooftop hot tub was a highlight and the Mountain View absolutely amazing. Easy parking on the street and also access to the garage helped, too. One mile to downtown Ft. Collins made it super easy to visit shops and restaurants. Hotel manager was incredibly accommodating and responded to my text questions within minutes. So friendly and helpful! Would absolutely love to stay at this property again.

Great House in an excellent location
We were in town for a family wedding. This house met our need for four bedrooms - especially great that there was no double twin rooms - all had double beds or larger, downstairs bedroom has its own bath. Only one TV in the whole place - downstairs on lower level. Cute backyard is protected from the wind. Roofdeck furniture and a hot tub which was used a lot in the early day cool temps. Close to breweries, grocery store, Old Town and the reception location. Had a great stay.

College friends reunion
The four of us get together every couple of years to explore a new place, but mostly to just be together. The house was perfect! Between the dining/living room and the rooftop we had perfect spaces to play games and visit. Each of us had our own bedroom, which were all very comfortable. The house is located near the Poudre River trail and an easy drive to Old Town so there was plenty to do. There is new construction directly across the street, however we were not impacted. We would definitely come here again.

Ok but could be better
House and furnishings felt very cheap (mostly ikea). If anyone turns on a faucet or flushes toilet in the house everyone can hear it. If you sleep downstairs and someone walks in kitchen it is very loud. Other than master bedroom the mattresses are cheap firm foam beds not comfortable at all. Lots of stairs so be ready for that. We never hung out downstairs where the tv was since it is dark and in the basement. Main level has more of a formal living room but wished there was a tv to watch sports etc. spa was great. Location was good. The abandoned houses across street are not very attractive but not sure they could do anything about that. Overall satisfied but would not rent again.

Spacious, clean and close to old town
I booked this property for a group staycation. The property is a very short drive to old town and walkable to multiple breweries. The place was comfortable and very clean. Our stay was truly perfect, other than a child broke the television and we had to pay to replace it. I was hoping this would be covered under insurance and I would be charged a co-pay, but that was not the case. I would book this property again. Great space for the price!

Best Location in Fort Collins
This VRBO was simply AWESOME! It was a perfect fit for our family as we attended a Family Reunion. I was perfectly located within a short walk of all the downtown activities and the university. Regarding the actual home, it is clearly well maintained and supplied with the niceties like shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, and COFFEE!!! The host Stacy was AMAZING! I will definitely stay here again!

Underwhelming
We arrived to a dirty house including dirty refrigerator and kitchen floor and hair on master shower drain along with a few miscellaneous items that were clearly left behind from previous visitors :-(. The house seemed as if it was not cleaned in between guests. Fireplace did not work, and while management was responsive and sent someone over right away, we would have needed him every time we tried to switch it on, so we just didn't use it. They also offered to send someone over to clean the place, but we were only there for three days and didn't want to spend our weekend committing to service schedules. The entire house is Ikea everything- while that works for some things, it doesn't work for everything; looks good but lacking in quality. I'd choose a different home next time.
