„My husband and I needed a weekend getaway. The place was beautiful❣️ The courtyard was well kept and very serene. The unit we stayed in had modern decor with smart appliances. (ceiling fans, washer, dryer, etc). I wouldn't change a thing❣️ We will definitely return. “

„Everything just as advertised - great setting under the trees just a short walk to the beach. The studio was perfect and well equipped. Our only observation was that the refrigerator door opened backwards making it awkward to get food out to place on the counter. It wouldn't take the maintenance man 20 minutes with basic tools to reverse the doors. We love Amelia Island and will definitely be booking at Sea Cottages again on our next visit.“

„Overall the weekend stay was nice. It was a guest house in the backyard next to the pool. Everything was nice. It had a full size bed with a small table, kitchen area, with a bathroom, and shower. All you would need for a quick getaway. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is due to the grass was very high and not very easy path to walk through when we came in at night. It was also hard to see since we had to go through the backyard gate to get to the property listing. The property ...

„The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash. “
