HOW TO WALK TO THE FT. LAUDERDALE BEACH (You are located on Seabreeze Blvd and Harbor Beach Parkway): Walk Northbound on Seabreeze Blvd, Cross Holiday Drive, the beach starts after you cross Holiday Drive or B-Ocean Hotel (5 minutes walk to where the beach starts)!

Fort Lauderdale's "Beach Breezy Home" is only steps away from all the action of Fort Lauderdale Beach. A short five minute walk will get you to the Atlantic Ocean. This home has very large private pool, w/ a massive backyard. You are close to downtown shops, restaurants and bars of Las Olas Blvd. You can walk to the beach, boat show and Tortuga music festival. No need to rent a car.

The fort lauderdale convention center is walking distance and you are a short drive to Hardrock Casino, Miami and the Everglades.

All four bedrooms are located in separate corners thus giving you maxim privacy. The 4-bedrooms have a total of 6 beds and 3 sofa beds in the two-living rooms, thus making it a total of 9 beds

We are also please to offer things such as additional parking, heating pool, laundry room services, early and late checkouts for a small additional fee to all our valued guests based upon availability. You also have the option to rent beach chairs on Fort Lauderdale beach for small fee

For the safety and security of all our guests, the property features ring.com cameras & traditional cameras on the exterior of the property including the exterior pool area that actively record audio video. The location of the cameras is at the entrance of the property, the driveway where vehicles are parked, all exterior entrance doors, front door, kitchen door, french door by the pool, where the trash is placed and the swimming pool area. Basically the entire outside of the property has cameras for the safety and security of our guests.

We seek guests that are responsible and if so we invite you to book! Additional surcharge of five percent on the entire amount will be charged should you not comply with state law and house rules within 48 hours

Worst experience
We could not stay in that old/ run down unkempt and dirty house ...i am really sorry to say that... Worst thing were the black bedsheets with white stains...hairs and dust-also in the shower and a kitchen with dirt everywhere.The pool area was also unkempt and the pool itself was full of leaves and other things. To my mind...the house wasnt used for a long time and they dindnt cleaned it before our arrival. The host offered somebody to clean the house,but they didnt showed up. We took pictures and send them to the agency where we booked the house but the just said...its up to the host. We dont get our money back and we had to stay in a expensiv hotel. So...NEVER again... I am sure that the host,will tell everybody his own truth. Fact is...the house is run down and was very dirty. ...and it is too bad that there is no room for pictures here on this rating platform...

DO NOT BOOK!! Cameras, Rules and Dirt
The first red flag should have been no cancellation period. The second red flag should have been a 5:30pm check-in. A nine-page document had to be initialed signed and all occupants’ names and birth dates needed to be listed or the reservation could be cancelled. Take out the previous guests’ trash on trash day, which makes me wonder what the maids do/did since I received a message stating they would clean the property before they arrived. Hair and sand in the shower lead me to believe nothing. The dirt in the silverware drawer, the cabinets, toaster oven and the filth on the kitchen walls around the ‘NOTICE THIS IS NOT A DIRTY SINK,’ leads me to believe that the maids never cleaned this property before our arrival. There were more cameras, signs, and rules that the White House. Calls from the ‘property manager’ let you know you are constantly being watched. Most activities other than sleeping will be ‘IN DEFAULT OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE LOCKOUT AND FORFEITURE OF ANY AND ALL AMOUNTS PAID.’

This house is close to the beach, shops, and farmers market nearby. It is a good walk to the beach! If you have a disability for walking then you may need a ride of some sort; we were able to access and use electric bikes. Be sure to READ the House Rules!

It was okay. Had better vrbo's Place Was not cleaned on arrival. From Floors to bathroom sinks, to toilets. We did not initially have a washer and dryer. But because of the inconvenience Bill opened up the washer and dryer room. Bill mgr. of property was attentive in his response but it took 3 full days to get someone to stop by and clean. A bit disappointing as we never had this ever before. All in all we had a decent week being with family no matter where you are is the best. Give it a try just keep BIll in the loop of things, he will help out.

Outstanding pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The backyard was very clean with beautiful palm trees lining the fence area. It is conveniently located near Bahia marina if you book a boat trip. Very enjoyable time.

The home was large, accommodating our group of 3 adult couples perfectly well. Smart home was super easy to manage. All amenities worked well. Home is a bit older but clean and well appointed. One couple had trouble moderating the heat of the shower in the shared bathroom. Pool was awesome. Two small suggestions for the owners/hosts: add lighting to back yard to illuminate the tables and area closest to the back of the house, and, it would have been an even better ambiance if the outside sound system speakers worked. Great Location
The location is perfect, it’s an easy walk to the beach (we walked with a 3,4,and 6 year old). You can rent chairs and umbrellas from B Ocean hotel. Read the house rules in detail before you book. You will need to check a bag or buy supplies when you get there. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll is provided, no sponge for dishes, and no dishwashing detergent provided. You can only get access to a broom to pick up sand if you buy the laundry washer and dryer (which is helpful but overpriced for our limited 4 days). There was one towel in each room but we packed more. The place was clean but supplies to keep it that way would have been helpful. The pool was perfect. The weather was sunny and warm so we did not need it heated. The bedrooms do not look anything like the pictures. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the beds is VERY firm, which some might like. All had tvs and access to bathrooms. It was a good, relaxing stay but maybe a suggestion to the owner would be to offer a linen or cleaning package so we didn’t have to buy extra supplies and check a bag. A small optional fee would cover a few towels, tp, paper towels etc. The location to the beach outweighed all of that though.

The property was well kept and I communicated with the owners as needed throughout the stay. They were very attentive and the location and property were great. Disgusting house and Rude owner - Dangerous Man!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this house for my boss and coworker to stay. The place is absolutely disgusting. There are couch covers with stains all over them, ants all over the bathroom, the ceiling leaks with any rain( MAJOR LEAK, not just a little one) The owner threatened me on the phone with a VRBO agent, told me to give him the other address where I had 12 players to protect as a coach and told me “give me the address you’re at and I’ll send someone there to deal with you”. We checked out early and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!
