This beautiful, recently renovated house is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a centrally located home base from which to visit South Florida.

With 3 bedrooms (+ comfy pullout couch), 2 bathrooms, 4 televisions, full cable package, fully equipped kitchen, spacious garden/patio area, gorgeous brand new 450 square foot heated pool, new gas barbeque, sunny dining room, inviting living spaces, washer/dryer and covered parking, this classic Florida home is the perfect spot to create wonderful memories.

Conveniently situated near the beaches, intracoastal waterway, golf courses, national parks, fishing and scuba diving locales, countless dining destinations, highway I-95, multiple grocery stores, shopping malls, big box stores, ice skating facilities (yes, cool hockey rink is 3 minutes away!) and 3 international airports (Miami, Ft-Lauderdale & West Palm Beach), visitors can enjoy limitless access to all the best that Florida has to offer.

And for those wanting to travel a bit further afield, South Beach can be reached in under 45 minutes, Disney World in under 3 hours and Key West in under 4 hours!

I actually chose this property as a last minute option. I wish it was my first option because it would’ve saved me a lot of time and stress lol. I never thought about leaving a review but I just had to. The pictures are nice, but the place is even better in person. It’s more spacious than it seems. The kitchen is a decent size, it came fully stocked with condiments, pots/pans, utensils. The heated pool felt lovely, they even had a few floaties and balls for some fun. There was enough outdoor furniture to sit comfortably. The solar lights along the gate set the perfect mood at night. There are cameras in the front and back of the house for security reasons, but there was no invasion of privacy. I was allow to have a couple extra guest over for a small family dinner/brunch for my birthday and everything went smoothly. The parking was great, the location was outstanding. There’s literally every store you may need no more than 10 minutes away. The price was worth it, this will definitely be my first option next time.

House was lovely!! Location was great and it had everything we needed. Pool area was perfect for having family over to just relax and visit., which is what visit was for. Host couldn’t have been any kinder and more accommodating. We couldn’t get tv in one of the bedroom to work, she was over within 25 mins to fix problem, which was technicians not equipment btw lol Would return in a heartbeat!

Great Pool / Attentive owner
My wife and I along with our two adult children and their partners were there for a week. The property was as promised and the pool was amazing. Had a couple of issues that were largely out of the owners control. His response was immediate when we reached out to him. Malcolm was amazing to deal with whether it was an issue at the property or just needing information. We will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

The house was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The renovated kitchen had a dirty stove top and microwave, cabinets had grease splatters, white tile floor looked clean but turned bare feet black, shower curtains were moldy in both bathrooms. I spent the first hour cleaning after a very long trip. The fitted sheet would not stay on the master bed because the pockets on the sheet were not deep enough to grip the mattress. The hall bathroom had a damaged vanity that had the bottom deteriorated. The pool was lovely but half of the pool furniture was unusable. Ripped seats on some with danger of falling through if you sat on them and rusted arms on metal chairs that could have caused severe injury to arms. Contacted owner through VRBO. Took several days to get back to me because she said she did not receive the message. Once we communicated, she brought a new chaise lounge and new shower curtains as well as hand towels and wash cloths that were not supplied. Sandra also moved the damaged furniture to the side that was supposed to be picked up and never was. The horrendous deteriorated sofa was taken away. She also made room in the kitchen cabinets so that we could store our groceries. Almost all of the drawers and cabinets had items already in them when we arrived. My daughter and I made the best of our trip. I am disappointed in VRBO that there was not better quality control. It is a lovely little house that needs better upkeep and attention for the money spent to rent.

Perfect for us!
I needed a place for a three week therapy in Boca Raton. I found Malcolm's place on vrbo. It was perfect, looked just like the pictures, had everything we needed. Malcolm was always quick to respond. The pool was amazing! We would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

After Christmas Getaway!
Property was in a nice neighborhood. Family felt safe in taking walks/runs. There were 6 of us (adults) and the space in home was very comfortable. Enjoyed the heated pool! Only a short drive to Deerfield Beach, restaurants and shopping. On the day of arrival the power was out in the area and the owners were very good about keeping in touch and making sure we had what we needed.

Perfect for our family
We enjoyed this property so much. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home for a short stay. Everything was great, the living room was perfect for our family and the pool and backyard were wonderful. Perfect home!
This was my first VRBO rental and it was perfect!! The house was perfect and very clean. We enjoyed our time together and the neighborhood was very quiet. I didn’t get a chance to meet the owner because we had no issues and the check-in process was super easy and everything was detailed in the email. Highly recommend this home! And we look forward to possibly renting this home again as we felt like it was our home!

This house was amazing in and out. Host was very attentive to all our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet. AC worked great while in 85°+ weather. The pool area was just a place of peace and very private and 6 1/2ft deep! Plenty of towels and blankets were provided even beach towels & lounge chairs were provided. Pool water stayed at about 90° all day which was amazing and very inviting. The back yard lightning made it just perfect. A major plus was that alot of house essentials were already there. As we walked in we were welcomed with a bag of chocolates a bottle of wine and beautiful flowers right on the kitchen table with a folder that was informative of the area with local attractions. I highly recommend booking with house. We will book again! Thank you for having us!

The whole property was perfect! It had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The owner, Malcolm, was extraordinarily accommodating and responsive to all our inquiries. Wonderful Place to Stay!
Our family (4 adults and 2 kids) had a great time here! The home is updated, clean, comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries, and had enough cook wear for the six of us. Spent about 3 weeks at this home in February and March. The house had a perfect layout, was very clean and very well accommodated. Having a private backyard with a great saltwater pool made for ‘all in all day relaxation - no need to leave :) Shops and restaurants are close and plentiful, short walk to many. We enjoyed staying at this property! While the home is on the small side, it was just enough for our party of six and we spent most of our time outside in the backyard, which is the best part! It's big and private and the heated pool was absolutely lovely. The neighborhood is not especially scenic, but the location is convenient. Great stay!

Wonderful property!
May daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at "The Palms" house just this month. The house was impeccably clean and updated and the owners really thought of everything a person might need during your stay! The pool was wonderful!! All of our questions were answered immediately! Just wish we could have stayed longer!! We will definitely rent this house again!!
