We stayed for 5 nights with a large group for a family vacation. The pictures are fairly accurate but once you get into the house, there are many flaws and it quickly becomes apparent it’s just not functional for a large group. Outside of the construction issues (leaking showers, slippery floor tile with no rugs, several backward hot and cold faucets - to name a few) it’s lacking many amenities that would make the house more functional and convenient for large groups traveling to a beach town. Some beach gear like chairs, a cooler, sand toys, floats, a beach umbrella and a wagon to haul it all would have been so nice. We did take advantage of and appreciate the beach towels that were provided. It might sound extra but if I were a host, I’d want to make the stay as convenient as possible for my guests, especially at over 4k for a 5 night stay. Additionally, it desperately needs updated kitchen ware, a kitchen pantry for groceries, more bathroom towels (many were needed for the excessive shower leaks), a larger dining table and more living room seating. The house sleeps 16 but only accommodates that with beds. Nothing else is set up for a large group.
We purchased many pool floats, sand toys and a wake board and left them behind in hopes they would remain for the next set of guests. We also left behind salt, Clorox wipes and tin foil for the kitchen. We did not cook nearly as often as we would have liked due to the lack of supplies, the major ant problem and poor quality pan
