Thanksgiving
Looked for a place the family could all get together for Thanksgiving since my brother and family are in Weston and live in Weston. This was a great place for everyone to get together and hold Thanksgiving. Property was clean and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Paying the extra for heating the pool is recommended if you are going down in late fall/winter months.

Perfect place to relax.
This property was just fantastic. The outdoor space was incredible. I think most of the trip was spent in the pool or hot tub. House was clean and nice and provided everything we needed. Location was great- next to Sawgrass Mills Mall and about 20 minute drive to the beach. Before I booked I was nervous about a few things. I worried from the pictures that the floor may be cheap linoleum- nope very nice tile. I worried about the neighborhood being safe- well during a morning walk I noticed 3 houses with police cruisers (cops lived there) so I’m pretty sure it is one of the safest neighborhoods you can find. It was stocked with everything a house needs too. I always try to think of something annoying so it gives an accurate reflection of the property. I wasn’t able to figure out the pool fountain - though I never asked the property manager. Also, the tv channels were limited so had to watch the sporting event I was looking for on my iPad. That’s the best I can come up with for anything “bad”. Would love to stay again sometime.

Disappointed
I never leave bad reviews, but my family spent a lot of money to stay at this property and we feel the pictures posted weren’t accurate. The house was not well maintained, there was dust on the curtains, quilts smelled dirty, scuffs and wear on the walls and furniture, duck tape on the windows, loose bricks on the pool, pots and pans were rusty, tv in master bedroom wasn’t hooked up to get any channels, and the home smelled musty. The neighbors on the right side of the home played loud music beginning around 11:00 pm, and their dog barked day and night. The property owner did communicate well, and did supply items that was unexpected like shampoo, laundry soap, hand sanitizer, Lysol, and body wash. The hot tub and pool did seem to be cleaned and maintained. I feel that renters need to be aware of these issues. We did take photos of items that need to be repaired or replaced.

We were pleasantly surprised by how amazing this house was. This house had everything possible to make us feel at home and comfortable. Everything was so clean and organized. This house was beautiful and everything I could've possibly dreamed of. The backyard was very luxurious. It had alot of space along with a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. The neighborhood is also very nice and safe. The manager of the property Mr. Viet Luong was very professional and attentive. He was always available to answer any questions that we had. Amazing stay
This was a beautiful home and great experience! The property manager was awesome and very easy to get in contact with. Some huge spider webs on back porch plus found 1-2 living palmetto bugs and about 3 dead ones. Other than that the property was perfect and the neighborhood was very nice!

Overall a nice stay!
Aside from some issues with the pool we had a very lovely stay. The owner was prompt in responding to our issues which was nice. Nice house in a lovely neighborhood. The screened in patio was amazing! I was also able to bring along my service dog which was great for me. Overall the stay was a great experience!

House well kept, clean, in a quite neighborhood. Great outdoor area. I guess the only drawbacks-not enough towels, managers takes a while to respond (before actual arrival, once we were in Florida-no problems), and a good 20 min ride to the shore. I would recommend this place for a quite, comfortable stay

Great vacation with a few minor shortcomings
Just got back from a week long vacation at this home and, for the most part, my guests and I were very pleased with our stay. Pros: - nice quiet neighborhood - great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen - fabulous enclosed outdoor space including hot tub and pool - fridge and washer/dryer were really nice Cons: - could use vacuum or mop (the floors throughout, especially the living room, were very dirty and our feet were constantly black with dirt) - lacked garbage bags and sufficient paper towels - kitchen could use a few more utensils (pizza cutter, measuring cups, baking pans). There was a can opener, but it was really difficult to use. Would be really nice to have had some other basic items like salt and pepper and cooking spray. - TV in living room kept turning off (had to turn on several times before it would finally stay on) - we had several issues with the pool and hot tub not heating up which required several back and forth conversations with the owner Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to others. I think most of the cons I have listed (aside from the pool/hot tub issues) are easy fixes that would really make this property 5 stars in my mind.

clean, charming, amazing home with an excellent backyard oasis!!
We stayed over Christmas break, from PA to gorgeous Florida. This home was everything our family could ask for in a vacation home for our first vacation in Florida. Close to shopping, beaches, park, a large selection of restaurants, everything you could want is close by with the home itself being in a safe quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, well designed and decorated both inside and out. It came with a well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking whatever you desire. Of course I think our families favorite part would have to be the backyard. Our daughter did not want to leave the pool, it was amazing having such a nice pool steps from the house, the hot tub was a very nice amenity too. When our 3 year old wasnt in the pool or looking for lizards we enjoyed sitting around the table as a family. Being able to have a nice family dinner outdoors in december was very nice and relaxing. The total package for getting away from the winter back home in PA. We definitely recommend this vacation home, and would consider staying there again.
