We've been enjoying the cottage so much that we kept it as our own seasonal retreat for the last year. We now invite you to enjoy our slice of paradise once again!

Absolutely the best location in Salt Springs Resort with gorgeous views and breeze from Little Lake Kerr! Cottage #21 is one of the few cottages available for rent from which you can watch the sunset over beautiful Lake Kerr every night directly from the front patio.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is nestled under the oak trees and adjacent to Little Lake Kerr. Bring your boat; there's plenty of parking and a boat ramp on site. Enjoy access to shared resort amenities including pool, hot tub, game room, volleyball, pickleball, corn hole, horseshoes, shuffleboard, fire pit and more! From this cottage, you'll be 100 steps to the pool and waterfront with resort activities.

Walk to Dollar General, post office, the Square Meal for breakfast or lunch, Salt Springs Pizza, bait & tackle store, post office, hair salon and laundromat. Other nearby restaurant choices Pop's Southern Buffet, The Grill Out, Odd Todds & Cactus Jacks are a few minutes drive away and of course - explore the local springs! Salt Springs is across the street, as is the Salt Springs Marina where you can launch your boat into the run that brings you to the St. John's River. Juniper, Silver Glen, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all within a short drive. Bring your beach towels/chairs and snorkel masks from home and spend a few hours at each spring. No two are alike. Like hiking? Bass fishing? Dirt biking, 4x4'ing (trails begin across the street!) Spectacular sunsets? It's all here!

The cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a screened in porch, approximately 720 sqft.
Sleeps 4 comfortably (1 queen bed, 1 double bed), but please inquire if you have more than 4 guests. Ample parking for 2 vehicles including a boat/trailer. Note that Salt Springs Resort charges a one time check-in fee for up to 2 vehiclesof $20.
We do charge a one time cleaning fee of $50.
For long-term monthly winter renters, additional cleanings are available upon request.

Cottage contains kitchenware for cooking, stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, outdoor BBQ, pots & pans. Outdoor picnic table. Cable TV & excellent internet in the unit.

Note: Reviews from 2021 & prior relating to issues of uncomfortable beds, oven and toilet not working have been resolved. We have replaced the beds, toilet and purchased new furniture, thus no pets are allowed. We appreciate guests who are respectful and treat our home as your own.
