Important to note that is a spiral staircase is not how you prefer to access the pool area there is an option to enter down your main stairs and around to the side gate. Guest Access:
In addition to your private apartment, you have all access to outdoor spaces, including front porch, back lanai with pool as well as side sitting area outside your door. There is laundry available in the garage you're welcome to use.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic
