We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was clean and the check in process was very straight forward and simple. When we did have any issue the owners responded very quickly. While we never met them in person they just seemed super friendly when we communicated by email and they do respond super quick. It was 5 stars all around for us

Nice home but non heated pool
Was a nice home with easy access to stores and at the time of year we went was about 30 - 40 minute drive to get to beaches. Traffic was heavy as expected this time of year. The street the house was on, was very nice and quiet. It was my fault I didn't realize that the pool does not have a heater so swimming time was few and far between and the man that cleans the pool did not clean it at all. He never cleaned out the skimmer basket. I asked him to scrub the stairs going into the pool and they were left horribly dirty and his vacuum he used was a joke and only stirred up the dirt and sand on the bottom. Also the amount of chlorine he used was 1 or 2 small pucks left in the full and dirty skimmer basket per week. This left the main reason I rented not usable. The home itself was large and clean and comfortable. The owners were quick to get back to you and answer any questions we had. Would not rent again only because of the pool. Home was great and owners very quick to get back to you.

Our visit and stay at Casa Rosada was very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Our AF son and family live a few streets over so the location was great. We were five adults and one child. The accommodations met all our personal and social needs. My only suggestion is perhaps reconsider the several glass side table tops. They were not attached to the base which created a concern. We moved them while there. Otherwise, we were thankful for a clean and welcoming space for our families to gather. Highly recommended by us. Thank you.

"Beautiful Home: A Review of Elisa's Property in Fort Walton."
If you find yourself in the Fort Walton area, I highly recommend considering this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we had made the right choice. The home itself, along with its yard and neighborhood, exceeded our expectations. Elisa, the property manager, played a pivotal role in ensuring our stay was exceptional. Her communication was consistently prompt, helpful, and friendly, catering to our needs. One standout feature of the property is the screened-in back porch, which provided a safe environment for our children, alleviating any worries about the nearby pool. Elisa's proactive explanation of safety measures before our arrival demonstrated her commitment to guest satisfaction. The privacy of the backyard and the lack of disturbances from neighbors added to the tranquility of our stay. Although we used our own, the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioners, and laundry detergent was readily available if needed. The spacious layout of the front room, kitchen, and dining area contributed to a sense of openness and comfort throughout the home. With almost 2400 square feet of space, there was plenty of room for our entire group to spread out and relax. Elisa's dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Her and team's willingness to go above and beyond for her guests truly sets her apart. If you're on the fence about booking this property, rest assured—it's worth it.

We enjoyed a nice family trip to celebrate our daughter’s baby shower. We had plenty of beds and room for everyone! The kids enjoyed the pool. We did have a lack of washcloths (4 for 8 people on the reservation) but plenty of towels. Nice outdoor area and a screened in porch!

Labor Day Relaxation
The property was beautiful and clean. There were a few issues to begin with, but were quickly resolved and they even allowed us to stay an extra night for our troubles. The check-in process was easy and the directions were clear and consice. The location was right in the middle of everything, which made getting to the beach and even to Destin, FL a quick trip. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for all of us to use. The kitchen had every gadget we needed and then some. My only complaint is that there were 4 bedrooms and only 1 TV in the whole house. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but it rained for 2/3 of our trip. We went to the BX and Eglin and bought 2 TV's for the rest of our stay. It was an overall amazing weekend!

Crab Island weekend
This is our second time staying and we had a great time. The house is spacious and clean, pool is great and the extra space in the garage is a nice plus. The only recommendations I have is extra non-slip rugs on the back porch and maybe better labeling on the light switches. The landlords are responsive and took our previous recommendations into consideration. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Weekend getaway
We stayed at this property August 11-13 and had a great stay. We were able to check in early (which was great). When we arrived, the property was very clean and spacious. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. We found the supplies to be adequate and the extra space in the garage was great. The back yard was awesome and we took advantage of the pool. Though the houses are close together, we felt we had plenty of privacy. The only issue we had was figuring out how to turn on the fan on the back porch off of the living room. We really enjoyed our weekend at Crab Island and the Ft. Walton area. If you want to try something different, check out The Bavarian Wirtshaus, it was so good.

Great place for groups
This was a great rental for our large group that included kids. There was plenty of room and bathrooms and the pool was perfect. The house was clean and had the things we needed to stay. If you plan of grilling bring some charcoal and extra toilet paper if you have a larger group, other than that everything else was there. They were super responsive to messages and quick to help with any concerns. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful home Very spacious all rooms decent size. Most definitely will book again. My only request would be to have TVs in the bedrooms and outdoor lighting around the pool for late night swim. Be sure to bring your own towels and wash clothes. I will say home away from home. I like the fact that the owner of The property gives quick fast responses to your messages. Communication was awesome. Give it two thumbs up five stars
