This 3 bedroom 2 bath cozy house is located in an incredibly beautiful neighborhood in Fort Worth.

It is 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and 10 minutes from the cultural district and TCU, Fort Worth Zoo. Interested in Golf? Pecan Valley Golf Course is also a few minutes away.

5 Minutes from the Hulen mall, lots of shopping immediately available. Texas Harris Hospital is 3 min away. Very easy to find, close to major highway.

Kitchen recently renovated, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and two twin beds. Open kitchen adjacent to living room area. Fully equipped. Washer and dryer available for use at no additional cost.
This is a very quiet and very safe neighborhood. 30 days min rental!
Ideally, we should communicate BEFORE you request to book. This will save any unnecessary payments and/or charges to your credit card. Just send a simple email saying that you would like to book.

Ring Camera are set up to record video only, no audio is recorded. Views of the exterior front door and the side parking area only - both EXTERIOR common areas. You can be assured that NO devices are located in private spaces.

My kids and I were in town to visit my elderly mother. This house was cozy and warm. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We will definitely rent here again.

BEWARE - SUMMER TIME STAY!
Encountered a few issues upon arrival: The Wi-Fi would not work, several attempts and finally got it. Host left no information on the Wi-Fi Network name to connect to, however did provide password. The home was very warm (78 deg F although it was set for 72 deg F.) I left 2 voicemails and a text message for the host (phone number provided on the listing) with no response. Resorted to contacting VRBO customer service and they contacted host and connected us via 3 way communication. I expressed my concerns to Jared. He had ability to control the thermostat remotely and turned it down further but I've been in the air conditioning business for 35 years and I know this to be certain - the weather was warm over 100 deg in Ft. Worth during our stay. The air conditioning unit is not capable of cooling at 72 deg. it was hot during the day, the temperature only dropped during the wee hours of the morning. We went to bed HOT and uncomfortable. T-stat error stated there may be a problem with the cooling system "For the past 4 hours the t'stat has been calling for cool, but room temperature has increased by 3.4 deg. F". We would have been very happy with a comfortable 72 deg but the system could not supply it. The condensing unit is undersized for the load. The house was well equipped, easy access, quiet neighborhood but could definitely use some interior maintenance and a deep cleaning. You should never argue with your guests - take constructive criticism and make corrections.

Our first impression was not great. The area around the front door was dirty, there was a weed growing out of a planter and a dirty plastic plant by the door. The home appeared nice and clean upon entering. The overall feel was that someone was still living there and had just left for the weekend so we could stay there. It was an overall comfortable stay. Some suggestions you might consider for future rentals: Cleaner entry way Better quality toilet paper Directions how to use TV Clean behind sofa Leave cleaning supplies out of sight Tidy up closets and drawers These are just personal things that we noticed, but they were not a disruption to our weekend. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and give it a 4 rating.

A wonderful place to stay for Basketball Championship weekend
Jared and Karina could not have been nicer to work with, and our stay was fabulous. An easy drive to Dickies Arena for all of the basketball games we attended. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. Walmart and restaurants were very close, although we enjoyed using the kitchen for our meals. Our rooms were very comfortable and the house was beautifully decorated. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Fort Worth.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Jared's property. It is situated in a nice neighborhood, with short commutes to TCU, the botanic gardens and zoo, and to downtown. We enjoyed playing tennis at the nearby (walking distance) park and ate most of our meals in. The house was fairly clean, though a little more attention to detail would be appreciated, and the floor plan was ideal for both family time and privacy when needed. The furniture is a bit uncomfortable as are two of the four beds. All in all, a nice, memorable stay, and the owners are kind and welcoming.

Very Cozy
This place was very cozy and comfortable! It’s a short drive to Dickie’s arenA, Will Rogers Coliseum, and TCU campus. Our party was four women, and we felt very safe in the home and neighborhood! If I ever stay in Fort Worth again, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for family weekend stay
