The future in the room was horrible, very damaged. The iron was broken and no ironing board. The shhets worn out to the point of so thin you coold see through them.the bed sread was awful, burt whole everywhere. Just awful!!!

The check in process was the best thing about the trip even though a deposit was not mentioned until the arrival. Housekeeping was only available three days and from the sheets and towels to the nightstand and the walled picture were stained. I reached out to management and awaiting a response.

The room I was assigned did not face the parking area. I did not like that I couldn't see my vehicle. Pleasantly surprised each morning when I saw I had no broken windows and my vehicle was still in the parking lot. Room appeared clean, however the floor was slick, like they used a dirty mop to clean the floor. I could have spent a day in this room alone fixing minor issues that appeared to be neglected, i.e. the faucet was not mounted properly to the sink. Breakfast ended at 9 AM. Why? I will not be booking at this hotel again.
