This is a very cute and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath home that sleeps up to 6 adults with detached garage and spacious backyard in a great location. This home is walking distance to Central Market, less than 5 min to Dickies Arena and TCU, 7 minutes to Will Rogers coliseum, close to Downtown, the Cultural District, Magnolia, Hospital District, and easy commute to much more !!

Small cozy home near downtown Ft Worth
What an excellent location! We were close to Dickies Arena, the Botanic Gardens, the zoo, a small market, and lots of excellent restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet but only a 2 minute drive to a highway. The neighbors have a number of vehicles on their property, but were very quiet and private. The beds are comfortable and the shower is excellent. Although we didn't use the washer and dryer, they are a nice addition. We did some local sightseeing and the network of highways from the neighborhood made getting around easy. We loved that there were blinds and curtains on the windows, so we slept well in the early mornings. We would happily stay here again.

Terrible, don’t even want to give it 1 star!
Front door didn’t work, person showed up 40 minutes later, she checked the windows because one is usually unlocked, how safe is that? Crawled through the window to let us in, smell was overwhelming. Toilet didn’t flush, water was brown. The answer to the front door not working was to leave the back door unlocked because it’s a safe neighborhood. Also asked for a picture of the batteries in the door mechanism. Left windows open for an hour, did not help the smell. We found other accommodations. They refuse to give our money back because they were minor problems that were “quickly” fixed. If you think a 4 hour period is quick, then yes. The property is not well maintained. Said the smell and water were because it hadn’t been used for 3 weeks. Why didn’t someone come out that day to turn on the air and make sure the door and other things were working. We reserved this place months ago. VRBO wanted us to do a 3 way call with management company, but we were there for a conference and did not have time. Not happy with this experience at all.

Stock Show Stay
Stayed here for 5 days during the livestock show. The house was super clean and close to the barns and Dickies Arena. Don’t let the busy neighborhood fool you. It was quiet and very safe. Lots of fast food and restaurants just a block or two away. We will definitely stay here again!

Drove up and thought we were in a party neighborhood with all the vehicles in the yards and on the streets but it was surprisingly a quiet neighborhood, which I was happy about. Overall no issues. Close to good eats and stores and the arenas if you are showing!

Easy booking process, clean home, enjoyable vacation!
So easy to book, renters were very kind, great hosts and the place was so clean with such a homie feel! Highly recommend booking here if you are staying in the area and want a mix distance for being close to the city but also a perfect quiet suburban area!

Perfect Location!
This house was perfect for our family! With a toddler and dog, the yard was perfect and very secure for them to run around. The doggy door was definitely convenient. Not many rentals accept pets so this was a huge added plus! The home was cozy and had everything we needed. Michael was a wonderful host and was great with communication! Will definitely stay here again!

Really nicely decorated house with cute patio ideally located (for us) in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It had a great A-C, ceiling fans, bedside USB ports, good lighting,and functioning appliances with plenty of cleaning supplies. Would recommend staying here.😃

Property manager is very responsive to issues, looked like it was going to be noisy when I drove up because the neighbors had a bunch of cars in front of their house all the time but everyone in the neighborhood was quiet and respectful.

Quaint Charming Cottage
I rented this cottage for a visit with my daughters. Michael provided everything we needed and more! The home came with plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies. The cottage was convenient to shopping, the zoo, and Botanic gardens which we took full advantage of. Michael was a great host!

Comfortable and Convenient
The house and yard was just what we wanted. Location was convenient to grocery, coffee shops and restaurants. During our stay there was a storm downing several tree branches. Notified the manager in the morning and they we all cleaned up by lunch time! Fast response! We stayed 2 weeks and were very pleased.

Disappointing
This could have been a cute house in a convenient location but instead it was very disappointing. The biggest disappointment was that it was very dirty. When we walked in the dog urine smell was bad. The bed linens were dirty and the pillows and matress stained. The host was responsive to send via Amazon new linens and pillows but when I contacted them a few days later to tell them the bed was falling apart we received no response. We fixed the bed and I scrubbed the carpets where the pet stains were since we were scheduled to stay for a month. Warning that the trim and doors and windows are dirty. The kitchen cabinets had crumbs and some of the dishes were crusty. Once again, I cleaned everything up to make our stay pleasant as possible. Be warned, the neighbors were loud, the kids were riding ATVs up and down the street the day we left and one night there were 5 police cars across the street for a domestic dispute. This is by far the worst VRBO experience we have had.
