„Colin and Trevor’s place was amazing A lovely quiet room with a peaceful patio to enjoy the evening. The Roost is the perfect location for walking to great restaurants and wonderful tasting rooms. Colin and Trevor are quick to answer and provide great recommendations! Definitely will be back!! “

„Love the West End Neighborhood & its colorful array of "residents." Urban Flat's location is very convenient - walking convienent- to RR Square, Criminal Baking & Aroma Roasters. All excellent destinations.The flat itself is roomy, nicely appointed and very comfy. Allen made himself available for any needs & questions and we met, by chance, Ronnie the housekeeper who does a great job. We highly recommend Urban Flat.“

„We had to change plans due to some weather in Lassen Volcanic NP so we decided to stay in Cloverdale. The place was walkable to local restaurants and shops as well as the sculptures through town. We were close by vineyards and enjoyed some wine tasting while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. “

„This property is absolutely stunning from the exposed stone in each room to the beautiful finishes and furniture. The beds were super soft and comfortable and I really enjoyed all the amenities including the awesome pool table and fireplace! It's also in an amazing location hidden deep in wine country with plentiful restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Highly recommend! “

„Great location, very clean and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed our daily saunas and walks into town. The only thing to note is that due to the apartment being above the lobby, we could hear the staff arriving early each morning to prepare for the day. Not voices, just doors opening and closing often. “

„This was ideal for my circumstances, as I did not need to pay for a full house, full kitchen or private yard. It was cozy, comfortable and very conveniently located for anywhere I needed to go. “

„This is a great property and location. My only issue was that another guest locked me out of the entire property. Found out at 10:30 at night. No real solution other than sleeping in my car in parking lot given required CPAP was inside the room. Didn't get into the hotel until after 2 a.m.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cannery Loft. The amenities were great and restaurants and SMART train within a short walking distance. It is spacious and comfortable with charming décor. Having a parking spot on the driveway was super convenient. Allen was a great host who was readily accessible for any questions.“

„I spent quite a bit of time being in this studio and was very comfortable. I loved how the space was used so efficiently with furniture and decorations. Great taste. I don’t need much and this was perfect and close to everything and my family. Hope to stay here again!“

„We had a very relaxing time. Loved the convenience of the brewery across the street and having the jacuzzi every night already hot and ready for us. Bed was extremely cozy and having all the tv media outlets available for evening movies was a bonus too. “

„Clean, spacious, and comfortable home. Behind the backyard fence is road so traffic can sound noisy at times. The morning was peaceful though wrong birds singing and a river water sound flowing. Beds and couch were comfortable.Somethings to know about the house. It was difficult to get to. Maps took us to the street behind the house and the road is fenced off and unable to turn in. So we had to take a road then turn on to the house road. The door did not lock when we closed it, you need to press ...

"Zimmer sehr groß, Balkon prim, Bett sehr gut. R Frühstück war gut. Nur die Lüftung in der Toilette lief Tag und Nacht, sie schepperte nicht, aber brummte immerzu was sehr nervig war. Wie gesagt, der Rest war bestens."
