Welcome to our charming country house, nestled in the greenery and tranquility of the Monte Cucco Regional Park.

Located in the village of Fossato di Vico, at the foot of Cima Mutali (1120 meters above sea level), it is just a few kilometers away from major attractions such as Monte Cucco, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and the Frasassi Caves.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a stone farmhouse, consists of an entrance leading to a spacious dining area with exposed wooden beams and a typical stone fireplace. From here, one can access a large kitchen on one side and a living area on the other, which is the heart of the apartment and also has a sofa bed.

From the living area, there is access to the sleeping area, which includes two large double bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom.

The apartment features two small and picturesque balconies overlooking the external courtyard.

All the apartments have access to an external courtyard used for parking, situated in front of the farmhouse.

On the side adjacent to the mountain, there is access to a small communal garden where one can enjoy unique moments of relaxation surrounded by the greenery of olive trees and fruit trees.

Expenses are based on consumption:

Included are 1 cubic meter of gas and 10 kWh of electricity.

Beyond 1 cubic meter of gas, the cost is €8 per cubic meter.
Beyond 10 kWh, the cost is €0.60 per kWh.
