„Wanted to spend a couple days doing bourbon tours. This rental fit the bill. The neighborhood is on the run down side, but felt secure. The house has a ton of old time charm with dark wood accents throughout. The three king beds were comfortable, and the house was as described. A full bath up and a full bath down. Overall, an excellent place to stay. We highly recommend! Two restaurants- The Stave and Locals Pizza- were very good. “

„Our family visited the Frankfort, KY, area between Christmas and New Years and found this historic home and its responsive hosts ready for guests. „Book this place now!! This adorable home is in a prime location for all of your bourbon trail activities. The decor is just as lovely as pictured, and the beds are very comfortable. The hot tub provided a relaxing spot for us girls to unwind, while our hubbies kicked back around the fire pit. We began each morning lazily with coffee around the whiskey room’s gas fireplace. „We had a great stay at this property. It was as-advertised, close to shopping and restaurants and close to downtown Frankfort. The house was clean and quiet, and we had plenty of room for 4 adults. There was a downtown Frankfort Christmas celebration which was a bonus for our trip! The house itself is a MCM ranch that has had many updates. „The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. „Our party of 12 came together from all across the country and this location to celebrate the big 4-0 by touring some distilleries on the bourbon trail. This home was in a prime location to be able to fit in some of our favorites in the same day. There was more than enough room for all 12 of us; the cabin is stunning, cozy, and inviting; and their customer service is on point. „This house set up was perfect for four good friends from out of town going to see a performance at the Lexington Opera House.
