„Position : sehr gut, direkt am Strand. Fläche: für 4 Personen ist sehr gut, für 6 ist eng und unangenehm. Ausstattung : ausreichen in besondere sind Waschmaschine und Trockener sehr gut. Sauberkeit : allgemeine ist ok. Nur , ob für 3 Tage oder 1 Woche oder langer gibt es nur 1 Badetuch und 1 Handtuch ist zu wenig. Hauseigentümer : sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür möchten wir Danke sagen.“

The rooms and beds were comfy and easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. The deck is so spacious it’s like having a whole extra room. „This place was perfect!. We rented a car from Nir, which I would highly recommend. He makes it so easy, he meets you as soon as you are off the shuttle boat with the car and keys and a local phone in case you need it. It rained all day the day before leaving so we drove around the island and checked out some restaurants/bars that were located in hotels and we for sure Had the best accommodations, area of the island and the best view with our own aquarium to to swim in everyday. „C’est la deuxième fois que je loue cet endroit, valeur sûre malgré les chambres ouvertes en mezzanine qui n’isolent pas du bruit. L’emplacement est idéal. Depuis un an il y a des paddles et kayaks en plus…Seul hic cette année : un ventilateur HS, mais on a pu dormir sur la terrasse pour avoir moins chaud ! Propriétaire très reactif, qui va faire quelques travaux de rénovation.“

The bungalow was equipped with a cellphone which afforded direct access to Nir for any question, as well as local calls to book outings. “

„All problems we had at the beginning (unclear directions, bad smell in room, non-working light and hair dryer) were all fixed within 24 hours. If you want/need to stay in the area, it’s a good, quiet accommodation, but otherwise Tahiti-iti doesn’t have a lot to encourage multi day exploration. “

„We enjoyed our stay in the Balinese style house. With a couple of the bedrooms separate from the main house, it offered more privacy for some members of our party of seven. The kitchen is well-stocked. There are two kayaks for us to use. Restaurants are close by. We especially enjoyed the access to the small lagoon which is good for snorkeling and kayaking.“

„We arrived late afternoon and were unable to open the lock box to access the key. Our USA phone would not connect a local call so we had to find someone with a phone willing to call the local cohost to get us in. We found out that we had been given the wrong code. We loved the folding glass doors opening our room up to a beautiful view. The other two wood doors to access the bathroom and the front door were such a tight fit we had trouble opening and closing them. The outdoor kitchen is a ...

„The house was very clean. The kitchen had just a dribble of water. We had to gets cups of water from the bathroom to wash the dishes, even the flow in bathroom was weak and the shower too. It should not have been rented with the kitchen water flow that bad. I did let the manger know, it seems there was nothing they could do. I would not rent this house again. I believe they are aware of the issuse and do nothing about it and still rent.“

„We felt like locals staying in this well-designed bungalow. The kayaks were such a treat -- we visited the sharks, turtles and stingrays every day, before or after all the tour boats got there. The best grocery store in the area is just a short walk away. The hosts could not have been better, giving us advice on several topics. 100% hope to return.“

„At first, we wanted to relocate due to the hot condition in our room because this place has no Air condtioning. I believe another fan (two) or a better one will help the issue. We tried to relocate but the owner did point out that the place has no AC, so too late for us to back out. However, it turned out good or we made the best out of it. „Wir waren ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich hilfreich. Alain hat die Unterkunft auch in den Details super zurecht gebaut. Der Matira Strand war oder der Supermarkt war etwas entfernt, egal Alain hat uns immer gern gefahren. Regina kennt jeden Bewohner der Insel und konnte über alles Infos geben. Danke!!! "Attention, they will charge you more without your knowledge and signature! The accommodation was dirty, which is a cheek considering the price. Staff don't help you, they just dismiss you. Beach is nice, but there are no chairs on the beach. Food is relatively expensive for what it is. The hotel is far frim the beaten track. "

"This Place is Heaven on Earth. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay so much. The staff is Great and really goes the extra mile for you. There are so many little extras like the fresh coconut all day at the Beach, free sunscreen at the Beach and Daily complementary mini bar that makes everything just perfect and a great experience. With can do so much stuff and activities without even leaving the hotel which is also great and makes the days there just so easy and relaxed. Can’t wait to be back. "
