„Hotel is nice and good positioned. Skiing slopes are not difficult and good for beginners. For good skiers maybe not so challenging. Hotel offers everything so that you can start skiing from the Hotel and do not have to run around in the village. Only bring your skiing clothes or you can buy them there in one of the many designer stores (expensive). Also food in General is expensive but in the excellent French quality.“

„Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.“

We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!“

„Die Bewertung bei Hotels.com entspricht absolut nicht der Realität. Eine Bewertung von 8,0 wäre ok. Der Service lässt im Hotels völlig zu wünschen übrig. Beim Frühstück wird man nicht nach einem Kaffee gefragt und beim Abendessen über den Tisch gezogen. Halbpension bedeutet hier du hast 3 Restaurants und 65€ Budget pro Person. Kommst aber bei jedem Essen deutlich darüber. Ein Aperol kostet bspw. 18€. Solche Preise existieren noch nicht mal in Zermatt. Im Bad riecht es nach Urin und die Zimmer ...
