„Our entire stay was fantastic, the home owner Suze was amazing in helping with our arrangements for our small wedding - private chef Adrian was superb, housekeepers were amazing at helping us understand how the house worked and also took in our shopping! We even managed a couple of dips in the very fresh sea to start the day! A magical break enjoyed by all.. We have recommended to several friends and family and will hopefully stay again soon. “

„Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. „Stunning location , stunning property. Perfect set up for large party gathering as facilities were open plan. Lots to keep everyone entertained with the stunning swimming pool and games room. Hot tub perfect for relaxation overlooking the stunning coastline.“

„Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay.“

„The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people.“

„The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out“

The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. „There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly. „This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8.“

„ Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Rand von Lansallos. Matthew ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Check in war vollkommen entspannt. Dieses Cottage kann man sehr empfehlen. Von hier aus kann man Cornwall täglich neu entdecken. “

"Schönes Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereiten Personen. Ein Tourmanager gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Leider hat es keinen Hopp-on, Hopp-off Bus mehr in Plymouth. Aber mit Bus 25 sieht man auch viel von dieser Stadt. Kostete nur 6 Pounds für einen ganzen Tag. Frühstück sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Abendessen war auch gut im Restaurant (oberster Stock) mit fantastischer Aussicht. "
