Three bedroom two bath secluded home located on beautiful Lagrange Bayou 12 miles from Grayton Beach State Park and South Walton Sugar Sand Beaches. This home has a heated pool and spa. Outdoor Grill, Outdoor Smoker and Outdoor Gas Boiler. The garage is a game room including a Ping Pong Table arcade games, darts, 65 inch TV with Playstation 4, and Corn Hole Boards. Fully stocked kitchen including blender, Insta Pot, and Keurig Coffee Maker. There is a 65 inch TV on the pool deck. Sit in the hot tub and watch your favorite game or just relax and watch a movie. Fishing poles and tackle are provided for fishing on the bayou. One security camera that faces down the driveway. Camera must stay on and functional at all times. Please see house rules.

Perfect Getaway
This vacation house was above and beyond expectations- we truly felt as it was a home away from home. We enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and game room, but the beauty of the location was our favorite thing- truly a special place! Close to the beautiful beaches, but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle when we were ready to wind down. James was an amazing host and took excellent care of us- we can't thank you enough for our wonderful time!

Bumpy Start but otherwise good
We showed up to check into our stay to find it occupied. Apparently, our booking via VRBO was approved automatically and the owner did not see it. After driving 15 hrs to get to this VRBO, my husband and I had to take turns napping in our van with our dog in a Walmart parking lot as every hotel and resort was booked for the weekend due to events in the area. It was the worst start of a vacation I've ever had. The owner refunded our first day and the next day we were able to get into the house. The owner stated he turned off automatic acceptances to avoid this problem happening again to anyone else. After that, our stay was pretty nice. Good views and nice pool and hot tub and bayou in the backyard with firepit and cut up wood was wonderful. I wish there were more kitchen utensils and baking/cooking dishes and mugs. It needed a deeper clean and fixing electrical things (especially the flashing lights in livingroom) but overall was a good stay. For the fishing, firepit and wood, pool and hot tub, it'd be worth staying again. I'll definitely be more thorough following through with confirming any stays in the future if I ever use VRBO again. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Plenty of room for more people but nowhere near enough dishes and other kitchen utensils, etc.

Perfect vacay on beautiful bay.

The property was just like the pictures, beautiful house and location. We only had a couple of issues,the septic backed up on the 2nd day. The owner was quick to resolve the problem. It happened again the day before we left. My husband called and left a message but no one ever returned his call. Eventually we were able to use the bathrooms. Over all we had a amazing vacation with our family would rent the house again!!! We made great memories ❤️

James was amazing- and we loved the property It was even better than we hoped It’s a beautiful, quiet home on a dead end road, right on the water Large screen TVs everywhere- even by the pool and hot tub All new appliances- etc My family (me, wife, 17yr and 14hr old daughters and 22 yr old son) had planned on using the home as a base as we travelled the beaches and parks in the area, but it was so quiet and relaxing we just hung out in the hot tub or played ping pong or foosball in the garage. We had an excellent stay at this property!! The weather was gloomy most of our stay so the heated pool and spa (hot tub) were amazing to have. Not to mention the game room for the teenagers! Communication with the property manager/owner was really great. James responded to every question and issue we came across quickly and efficiently and was so helpful. We needed an extra bed and brought a new air mattress but when we arrived, they had already set one up for our son. Like I said, super efficient and helpful!! Great location, very private, and only a short drive to TONS of attractions.
